Objective:To explore the related factors and primary and secondary incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis(TCM),and to provide evidence for early prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:(1)retrieving the literatures of CNKI full text database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)and Wanfang database in recent 40 years.33 articles were collected on the related factors of chronic atrophic gastritis in Chinese medicine, and 12 of them were analyzed by Meta using Review Manager 5.3.5.0 software.(2)from November 2016 to November 2017,96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscope and pathology were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis, including 52 males,44 females and 28-78 years old.The epidemiological characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis were investigated through case study and face-to-face questionnaires.Results:(1)there were obvious differences in the area, age and sex of chronic atrophic gastritis. The highest incidence was in Qinghai area, the incidence of male was 55.11%,the incidence of female was 44.89%,the incidence of the disease was significantly higher in those older than 50 years, the incidence of the age at 50-59 was the highest, about 37.19%,and the incidence of children was 3.8%..The contribution rate of the factors affecting the TCM of chronic atrophic gastritis from high to low was dietary factors, emotional factors, climate factors, tea drinking, drinking, sleep quality, and fast pace of life. The contribution rate of the factors affecting the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis from high to low was Helicobacter pylori infection, chronic superficial gastritis, family history of gastric cancer, smoking, bile reflux, chemical drugs, heavy metals, coffee and so on.The results of Meta analysis showed that Helicobacter pylori infection[OR=3.21,95%CI(1.71-6.03)(P = 0.0003)],smoking[OR=1.42,95%CI(1.01-2.14)(P=0.04)],drinking[OR=1.53,95%CI(1.10-2.14)].Bile reflux[OR=3.10,95%CI(1.84-5.23)(P<0.0001)],family history of gastric cancer[OR=2.79,95%CI(2.17-3.58)(P<0.00001)],Z test suggested that P was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Meta analysis showed that Helicobacter pylori infection, family history of gastric cancer, smoking, drinking and bile reflux may be the risk factors for chronic atrophic gastritis. To sum up,the contribution rate of risk factors from high to low was dietary factors,Helicobacter pylori infection, chronic superficial gastritis, emotional factors, climate, family history of gastric cancer, smoking, drinking, bile reflux, chemical drugs, sleep quality, and fast pace of life.Drinking tea and eating more vegetables, fruits, soy products and dairy products are beneficial factors for chronic atrophic gastritis. There is no significant correlation between coffee and heavy metals and chronic atrophic gastritis.2.The clinical findings of this study show that dietary factors,Helicobacter pylori infection, chronic superficial gastritis, stomach cancer family Family history, smoking, drinking, bile reflux, and long-term use of proton pump inhibitors may be the risk factors for chronic atrophic gastritis. Conclusion:from the point of view of TCM etiology,it is mainly related to a variety of factors such as dietetic inappropriate, five flavor bias, emotional disorder, six prostitution, external pathogenic invading stomach(including Helicobacter pylori infection),drug injury, fatigue internal injury and inborn endowment. This study provides a reference for TCM to discuss the etiology of chronic atrophic gastritis.
