Medical and health services is a basic public services provided by the government for the citizen,it involves thousands of families,it is the basic principles of comprehensive social development,it is the basis for the healthy survival of citizens.With the increasingly tense of doctor-patient relationship,The doctor-patient trust has become a prominent social focus increasingly.The doctor-patient has a direct impact on hospital,medical personnel,patients and their families,and even society.This paper investigates the current situation at the level of patient's trust in the doctor in Shanghai R Hospital by the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview research and case analysis.At the same time,this paper introduces the trust theory and information asymmetry theory to analyze the causes of the low level of patient's trust in the doctor.The paper puts forward the suggestions for improving the patient's trust in the doctor and explores the interaction between doctors and patients.Final,the paper promotes the harmonious the doctor-patient.First,the paper discusses the background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad.And then,the paper discusses the theoretical basis and core concepts,so as to make a good theoretical foundation for the following.Through the questionnaire survey,the author investigated 400 inpatients and outpatients of Shanghai R Hospital to investigate the status of the patient's trust in the doctor.On the basis,the author interviewed one-on-one of some patients and medical personnel of Shanghai R Hospital,and used the case analysis method to understand the cases of letters and visits of Shanghai R Hospital in recent years.Therefore,the paper analyzes the specific situation of the patient's trust in the doctor in Shanghai R Hospital at present,and analyzes the causes of the low level of patient's trust in the doctor.Through the research,it is found that there are some reasons in the low level of patient's trust in the doctor in Shanghai public hospital.The reasons mainly include:the reasons for the market system of medical and health services,such as the lack of government financial investment,and the increasing trend of commercialization of public hospitals;The cause of the patient,such as lack of medical knowledge and high expectations;Medical reasons,such as poor service quality,poor medical professional skills,inefficient information transmission,and opaque medical information.The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to further enhancethe level of patient's trust in the doctor in Shanghai public hospital.First,in the market system of medical and health services,including strengthening the financial investment of medical undertakings,and improving the laws and regulations of medical undertakings;The second is based on the patient side,including improving patient medical literacy,enhancing patients awareness of rights protection,and establishing patients' awareness of cooperation;Third,it is based on the medical aspects,including improving medical personnel's communication skills,and establishing medical personnel's service awareness.The purpose of this study is to correctly understand the contradictions between doctors and patients,correctly handle the conflicts between doctors and patients,fundamentally promoting the doctor-patient trust,strengthen the patient's trust in the doctor,and establish a relationship between doctors and patients with mutual information.It will lay the foundation for building a good doctor-patient relationship gradually.On the one hand,it is conducive to the sustainable development of medical institutions.On the other hand,it can also promote social harmony.
