Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndromes And Physical Fitness In Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchiectasis

Background and Purpose:Bronchiectasis is a common chronic respiratory disease.It has a long course of disease,irreversible pathological changes,and is prone to acute exacerbation.In recent years,the incidence rate has increased.Repeated infections can damage lung tissue,affect cardiopulmonary function,leading to respiratory failure and even death.At present,Western medicine treatment is mainly based on anti-infective,phlegm and airflow limitation,and the effect is acceptable,but there is no good treatment for stable period and prevention of seizures.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of bronchiectasis.The main clinical practice is syndrome differentiation and treatment.This study investigates the relationship between the body and the TCM syndromes in patients with bronchiectasis,and studies the relationship between the two to further understand the intrinsic pathogenesis of the disease,combining clinical "dialectical" and "differentiation"Therapeutic methods provide a basis for achieving better results,reducing acute attacks and improving the quality of life of patientsMethod:Patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and ward of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and after obtaining the informed consent of the patients,the patient information collection form,the TCM constitution judgment form,and the TCM syndrome type were determined through the four diagnosis information,and the results were entered into the database.SPSS20.0 software performs processing analysis and draws conclusionsResult:A total of 89 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study,including 42 males(47.2%)and 47 females(52.8%).The age distribution was 60-80 years old(65.17%)and 40-59.The age(26.97%),18 to 39 years old(7.87%);the main cause of acute exacerbation is exogenous six kines(40.45%),improper diet(30.34%),emotional disorder(12.36%),overwork(10.11%),a small number of patients have no obvious incentives(6.74%);the distribution of physical fitness according to the frequency is qi deficiency(22.47%),yang deficiency(17.98%),yin deficiency(13.48%),phlegm(12.36%)Qi stagnation(12.36%),special enamel(5.62%),moist heat(4.49%),blood sputum(1.12%);TCM syndromes ranked according to the frequency of incidence,followed by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(48.31%)),phlegm and dampness syndrome(32.58%),liver fire syndrome(19.10%);there is a statistical difference between the constitution of patients with bronchiectasis and the general population(P<0.01)physique and syndrome at age There were statistical differences(P<0.05),and there were significant statistics between the two and the incentives.There was no significant difference between the two and the gender(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the constitution of the patients with bronchiectasis and the TCM syndromes during the acute exacerbation period(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.The distribution of physique in patients with bronchiectasis is mainly qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm and qi stagnation2.The most common form of TCM syndrome is the phlegm-heating and phlegm syndrome,followed by the phlegm-dampness and lung syndrome.The least frequent incidence is the liver-fired lung syndrome3.The physique of patients with bronchiectasis has a close relationship with the TCM syndromes in the acute exacerbation period.Different physiques tend to have different TCM syndrome types during the acute exacerbation period:peace,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and damp heat Patients are more likely to show phlegm and heat,and patients with yang deficiency are more inclined to phlegm and dampness.Patients with phlegm and dampness can express phlegm and heat and phlegm and dampness according to the cold and heat properties of sensation.Liver fires in the lungs,blood stasis and special sputum patients due to the small number of cases will not be repeated.4.The constitution and TCM syndromes of patients with bronchiectasis are related to age and incentive,and have no correlation with gender.
