Research On Zhongjing Xiaoke's Syndrome And Treatment Thought And Baihujia Ginseng Decoction To Improve Type 2 Diabetes In MKR Transgenic Mice

Objective: Comb zhongjing thought and explore the white tiger with ginseng soup research,the function of type 2 diabetes in mice from collateral of treatment based on traditional medicine and modern experimental study white tiger and ginseng soup to the improvement of type 2 diabetes in mice fasting blood glucose value and perspective,such as oxidative stress reaction of zhongjing/certificate for thoughts and reveal the white tiger with ginseng soup curative effect mechanism for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods: In the literature part,literature research method is adopted to sort out and summarize zhongjing's thought on eliminating thirst syndrome and treating thirst,collect and sort out ancient doctors' discussion and application of the white tiger and ginseng soup founded by zhongjing,as well as the modern pharmacological research on the white tiger and ginseng soup.In the experimental part,60 MKR mice aged 4 weeks were randomly divided into 6 groups,half male and half female :MKR blank control group;MKR model group;white tiger and ginseng decoction low dose group;white tiger and ginseng decoction medium dose group;white tiger and ginseng decoction high dose group;and 10 C57 BL mice aged 4 weeks were set as normal control group.In addition to the normal control group,STZ intraperitoneal injection was given after feeding the high-fat and high-sugar diet for 1 month.The FBG value?11.1mmol/L was used as the molding standard.After 28 days of administration,the mice were sacrificed by heart blood sampling,and the pancreatic tissue was removed surgically.The pancreatic tissue was observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The content of oxidative stress marker ROS SOD MDA was determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the normal group,the lesions of islet cells in MKR blank control group and MKR model group were obvious,the pancreatic tissue was obviously inflammatory infiltration,and the FBG,ROS,and MDA were all significantly elevated(P<0.01),SOD significantly decreased(P<0.01);After the treatment of white tiger plus ginseng soup,compared with the model group,the islet cell lesions were improved and the inflammatory infiltration of pancreatic tissue was relieved.Three dose groups of Chinese medicine and Western medicine group FBG decreased significantly(P<0.01);Reduced ROS content in Chinese traditional medicine group,high dose group and Western medicine group(P<0.05),SOD content increased(P<0.05),MDA content reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Zhong jingcong's thought of treating diabetes with deficiency and heat lays a theoretical foundation for later doctors to treat diabetes with syndrome differentiation.2.White tiger and ginseng decoction for the treatment of lung and stomach heat sheng qi Yin and two injury xiaoxie disease has the effect of significantly reducing fasting blood glucose in diabetic mice.3.White tiger and ginseng decoction can improve the SOD activity,reduce the content of ROS and MDA in diabetic mice,alleviate the oxidative stress reaction,and has obvious antioxidant ability.4.White tiger and ginseng decoction has the effect of improving the function of impaired islet cells,protecting pancreatic tissue and alleviating inflammation in diabetic mice.
