Analysing The Thought Of Zhong And He In Zhongjing' Academy From Shanghan Lun

The thought of Zhong and He is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,which in Huang Di Nei Jing is integrated into the TCM theoretical system.Zhang Zhongjing inherited and developed the thought in Nei Jing,and used this idea in his book ShanghanLun.the content of Zhongjing's thought of Zhong and He is extensive,including pathology,therapeutic rule,prescription,and medicine at all levels.But later generation generally discusses in the view of He and prescription,and concerns more about the cardinal Xiao Chai Hu Tang harmonizes Shao Yang meridian.So it is essential to do further consolidation and research on Zhongjing's thought of Zhong and He.Paper is divided into two parts:Part one describes the production of the thought of Zhong and He.It primarily sketches the importance and meaning of He in traditional Chinese culture,and the production of concept.Then it points out that TCM is a medicine of Zhong and He,and discusses the thought of Zhong and He in Neijing.Finally the concept of Zhong and He is further clear-cut.Part two is the main body of this article which is Zhongjing's thought of Zhong and He.Firstly we see the brief summary.Then it pointsa out Zhongjing's thought of Zhong and He just is "harmonious Yin and Yang" and "Hold Stomach Qi while preserving body fluid",and the two principles are internally related,they are both based on the core of "Zheng Qi".After that it explains Zhongjing developed the idea of "harmonious Yin and Yang" to a treatment concept of giving judicious guidance according to circumstances and harmonization method into other methods.Also treatment idea of harmonization is raised from treatment principles of "Hold Stomach Qi while preserving body fluid".Afterwards it respectively discusses the representative He prescriptions at the side of six channels,and the embodiment of Zhong and He Zhongjing used in drug decoction and taking and so on.Finally to summarize and prospect.In summary,this paper analyzes the meaning of Zhong and He,sorts the theoretical development vein of Zhong and He,discusses Zhongjing's idea of Zhong and He and the embodiment from various views of pathology,therapeutic rule,prescription,and medicine.It plays an active role in understanding Zhongjing's treatment idea and broadening treatment thoughts.
