Observation On The Curative Effect Of Tongfu Rexianbao On Intestinal Paralysis After Laparoscopic Repair Of Gastroduodenal Ulcer Perforation

Purpose A clinical study of 54 patients diagnosed as POI after LNPGU was carried out to observe the effect of Tongfu febrile capsule on the recovery of POI.Methods Fifty-four patients with POI were divided into two groups according to the order of time.The control group was treated with hot water bag and the abdomen was treated with hot water bag,and the treatment group was treated with traditional treatment,and the abdominal cavity was treated by purging the viscera and heat,and the patients in the treatment group were divided into two groups.The treatment time was 4 days.The time of recovery of bowel sound,anal sagittal qi,defecation and abdominal distension was recorded,and the scores of curative effect of TCM syndrome were observed.Results1.In terms of the time for the recovery of ruminant sound,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,and t test was adopted,P=0.000<0.05.The comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance,suggesting that the recovery of ruminant sound after treatment had a promoting effect.2.The time of postoperative anal recovery of sagittal air was significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group,and t test was adopted,P=0.026<0.05.The comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance,suggesting that anal recovery of air exhaust after treatment had a promoting effect.3.In terms of the time of anal bowel recovery after surgery,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the t-test was adopted,P=0.038 <0.05.The comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance,suggesting that anal bowel recovery after treatment had a promoting effect.4.In terms of the time of relieving or eliminating abdominal distension,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,and t test was adopted,P=0.000<0.05.The comparison between the two groups had significant statistical significance,suggesting the role of abdominal distension reducing after treatment.5.In terms of TCM syndrome scores after treatment,independent sample t-test of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups could obtain P=0.000<0.05,whichshowed significant statistical significance,suggesting that symptoms were relieved after treatment.Conclusion Through the comparison of the observation indexes,it was found that the treatment group could obviously shorten the time of abdominal distension elimination,anal recovery of exhaust defecation and intestinal sound return to normal,and had positive effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after LNPGU.It was proved that Tongfu febrile bag could promote the recovery of POI.
