Objective: to evaluate the clinical of laparoscopic repair inthe treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods: aretrospective analysis of the patients with gastroduodenal ulcerperforation in gastrointestinal department of CJUH, from2010.01to2012.12, including20cases with laparoscopicrepair and23cases with open surgery. Compare the operativetime, blood loss, incision length, using time of postoperativeantibiotic, recovery time of intestinal function, postoperativetime out of bed, complication, hospitalization time and costsbetween the two groups. Results: Operation time, open group was94.25±12.06minutes, laparoscopic group was101.67±12.13minutes, twogroups of comparisons difference have statistical significance(P<0.05). Laparoscopic incision length3.43±0.18cm, opengroup incision length was16.21±1.38cm, statisticallysignificant(P<0.01). Laparoscopic group of antibiotic use timewas5.90±1.02days, open group of antibiotic use5.75±1.11days, and the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05). laparoscopic group all use analgesia pump, open group of four people did not receive postoperative analgesiapump, two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05). Forcomplications, laparoscopic group appear in1, open group in9cases, statistically significant (P<0.05). Postoperativegastrointestinal decompression time, laparoscopic group was136.35±19.72hours, open group was161.79±52.80hours,two groups was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The independent activity time laparoscopic group for2.35±1.56th days, open group for3.38±1.50th days, bothstatistically significant (P<0.05). Laparoscopic group cost24032.38±8907.82yuan, open group cost19158.66±6526.57yuan, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Laparoscopic group hospitalization time11.15±1.53days, open group was13.08±2.24days, statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic repairhas less damage, less pain, more beautiful and shoter incision, faster recovery and less complication, comparing the traditionalopen surgery. It is worth to carry out. The surgical time ofLaparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation suture islonger than open surgery’s, and proficiency decides theoperation time the most.
