Perforated peptic ulcer is a common complication of peptic ulcer, ulceroperation accounted for21%of cases. Treatments of peptic ulcer perforationincludes conservative treatment, open operation and laparoscopic operation. There are many ways of laparoscopic operation mode, a laparoscopicperforation repair, suture repair plus vagotomy, omentum filling, peritoneallavage and drainage and viscose non suture method. Laparoscopic suture ofulcer perforation is the most simple and convenient method, which iscurrently suitable and common for the treatment of ulcerative perforation. The purpose of the study: This study collected datas of patients whounderwent laparoscopic neoplasty in the treatment of perforatedgastroduodenal ulcer in The Second Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou Universityand Kunshan Third People’s hospital from2002to2013. Datas are analyzedof laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair in patients withpreoperative, intraoperative, postoperative situation to sum up theexperience.Materials and methods:35cases of gastric and duodenal ulcerperforation underwent laparoscopic repair of perforated clinical data wasanalyzed retrospectively and clinical experience of laparoscopicgastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair was summarized in the basic hospital. Results:34cases of35patients underwent laparoscopicsuccessfully, however the left1case was converted to laparotomy, because ofcomplicated with esophageal hiatal hernia and the site of perforation in thelesser curvature of the stomach in the cardiathe. The average operation timewas106±38minutes, blood volume was about5~10ml, Postoperativepatients didn’t use analgesia pump and potent analgesics, averagepostoperative exhaust time was2.5±0.6d, average hospitalization time was7±6d. Postoperative patients recovered well, There was no operation deathcase. After3months of the surgery,30cases of patients with gastroscopypeptic ulcer healing,5patients were lost to follow-up.Conclusions: Laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair hasthe advantages of simple operation, safety, little trauma, painless, appearanceof abdominal incision, faster postoperative recovery, less complications, andprobe the full, rinse thoroughly, the operation is safe and feasible, minimallyinvasive advantages, at the grass-roots hospitals or general condition can beapplied,it is worth the clinical promotion.
