Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Huayu Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxue Huayu Decoction on stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease,and to evaluate the clinical value of the application of this prescription in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with blood stasis type coronary heart disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria at the Hunan Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,and statistical analysis of clinical data such as general data of the two groups was not available.The difference was comparable and comparable;the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.One course of treatment was observed in both groups(4 weeks).The number of episodes of angina pectoris,pain,duration,blood stasis score,resting electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results: The number of angina attacks,pain,duration and blood stasis score were improved in the two groups after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effect of the observation group It was better than the control group(p<0.05);there were not adverse events in the two groups during the treatment period,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion: Huoxue Huayu Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome.It has no obvious side effects and has high clinical value.It can be further studied in order to promote it.
