Clinical Observation Of Baoyuan Huoxue Granules In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Baoyuan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Exploring its mechanism of action and providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.Promote the clinical application of Baoyuan Huoxue Granule.Methods: Sixty patients with SCAD from April 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was supplemented with Baoyuanhuoxue.Particles.The course of treatment was 8weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:1.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group in improving the integral of TCM syndrome(P < 0.05).Comparing the total score of TCM syndrome between the two groups,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P < 0.05),And the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had better effect in alleviating the severity of TCM symptoms.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),And there was a significant difference in the stopping rate of nitroglycerin.4.The comparison of hs-CRP、TNF-α between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P < 0.01).The levels of TNF-α in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01)and after treatment(P <0.05).indicating that Baoyuan Huoxue granule has a significant effect on reducing the5.level of hs-CRP,TNF-α.6.Safety evaluation: After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function between the two groups.It shows that Baoyuan Huoxue granule has high safety performance and no obvious toxic and side effects.Conclusion:1.Baoyuan Huoxue granule can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the severity of TCM symptoms,greatly reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory index hs-CRP,TNF-α.Anti-inflammatory factor-mediated vascular sclerosis,improve vascular elasticity,stable plaque.2.Baoyuan Huoxue granule has good safety performance,no obvious toxic and side effects,remarkable curative effect,wide application market,and is worth popularizing.
