Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Application Of Huoxue Huayu Ointment On Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Of Heart Blood Stasis Type

Objective: After treatment,we observed the TCM syndrome score,angina symptom score and electrocardiogram effect of the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect.To evaluate the efficacy of Huoxue Huayu ointment in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis.Methods: In this experiment,60 patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Acupoint Application on the basis of Western medicine,and Huoxue Huayu ointment was selected as the application drug.The treatment period was 28 days.After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,angina symptoms,electrocardiogram and the stop rate of nitroglycerin were observed.The above observation indicators were statistically processed to analyze the specific efficacy of the two groups of patients.Result: 1.After treatment,angina pectoris symptoms and nitroglycerin abatement rate of the two groups were improved,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The treatment group and the control group had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of combined acupoint application was better than that of simple western medicine treatment;2.TCM syndromes of the two groups after treatment:the scores of symptoms were 4.20(+3.38)and 6.53(+3.41)respectively,which had statistical significance compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).It showed that both groups had the effect of improving clinical symptoms,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of TCM between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was facing improvement.The curative effect of bed symptoms was better than that of control group.Conclusion: 1.Acupoint application of Huoxue Huayu ointment caneffectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease.Alleviate angina symptoms of patients with angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome;2.Huoxue Huayu ointment acupoint application therapy can effectively improve ECG performance of patients with angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease;3.Huoxue Huayu ointment acupoint application therapy can effectively reduce nitroglycerin in patients with angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.4.In the process of Acupoint Application of Huoxue Huayu Ointment in the treatment of angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome,there is no obvious fluctuation in the safety indicators of patients,no obvious adverse reactions,and the safety is better.
