Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Angelica injection of t6-9 and routine acupuncture on postprandial distress syndrome(PDS),to evaluate the total symptom score and Nepean Dyspepsia life quality before and after treatment Index,ndlqi)index,analyze the short-term and long-term curative effect difference between the two treatment methods,explore the mechanism and advantages of acupoint injection in the treatment of PDS FD,and provide basis for clinical treatment.Method:From November 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with PDS FD(spleen stomach weakness type)were collected from the outpatient department of Acupuncture Department of Wuhan first hospital,andthe recruited 60 patients were divided into routine acupuncture group and acupoint injection group according to the random number table using SPSS.A total of 59 patients completed the study,including 30 patients in the acupoint injection group and 29 patients in the routine acupuncture group.The acupoint injection group and the routine acupuncture group were treated with the same treatment cycle,three times a week,the interval between the two treatments was 1 day,the total treatment course was 4 weeks,and were followed up one month after the treatment.The main evaluation index was the total symptom score,and the secondary evaluation index was the nilqi.The patients in the two groups were evaluated before treatment,at the end of treatment and one month after treatment.In addition,at the end of the treatment,according to the overall symptom score,the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated.The difference of the total symptom score,the ndqli and the comprehensive clinical effect were observed before and after treatment.Result:(1)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P > 0.05).(2)After the treatment of total symptom score,the total symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and P < 0.05.However,the score of acupoint injection group was lower than that of routine acupuncture group(P.(3)After the treatment of Nipin dyspepsia quality of life index(ndlqi),the ndlqi of both groups was higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The ndlqi score of acupoint injection group was higher than that of routine acupuncture group(P < 0.05),and the ndlqi score of acupoint injection group was higher than that of routine acupuncture group(P < 0.05)during the follow-up period.(4)The total effective rate of acupoint injection group was higher than that of routine acupuncture group(P < 0.05).(5)In the course of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:(1)Routine acupuncture and acupoint injection are effective and safe for PDs FD.(2)The clinical effect of acupoint injection is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture,and it has more advantages in relieving clinical symptoms and improving quality of life.In the short-term and long-term effect,the effect of acupoint injection is better.
