Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yihuang Powder In The Treatment Of Children With Functional Dyspepsia Syndrome Of Weak Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Yihuang powder in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,and to explore the mechanism of action.Methods:from July 2020 to December 2020,72 children who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.They were treated with mosapride citrate and Jiawei Yihuang powder respectively for 3 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,height and weight gain,hemoglobin(HB),albumin(ALB)and gastrin 17(Gastin)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups The children who met the requirements were followed up for statistical analysis after 3 months.Results:(1)Syndrome score:after treatment,all syndromes of the two groups were improved(P<0.05).After 1 to 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group improved appetite,food intake,stool better than the control group(P<0.05),nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension improved no difference(P>0.05),after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group improved complexion,fatigue,abdominal pain better than the control group(P<0.05).One week after treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05),but two and three weeks after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)(2)Weight Hb,ALB:the weight gain of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,Hb and ALB increased in the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the control group(P>0.05)(3)G-17,PG levels:after treatment,G-17 levels of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PG ? and PG ? increased in the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05)(4)analysis of curative effect:there was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group after 2 and 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaweiyihuang powder has a definite effect on the treatment of functional dyspepsia,spleen and stomach weakness in children,which can improve the nutritional status and regulate the secretion of G-17,PGI and PGII.
