Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Stomach Type Peptic Ulcer By Shuganxiaoyang Soup Combined With Rabazole

Objective:This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuganxiaoyang Soup treating liver stomach type of peptic ulcer,which provides clinical evidence for further development of new drugs for peptic ulcer.Methods:(1)A total of 60 cases of peptic ulcer patients were collected from January 2017 to December 2017 at the department of spleen and stomach department which is from the hospital of Shanxi Nniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is numbered 1 to60 according to the order of treatment.Random number table method is used to randomly divide into the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and the western control group,30 cases in each group.(2)The treating of two groups of patients: The treatment group is given the Shuganxiaoyang Soup,one dose per day,Bid,Usage and Dosage Oral morning and evening for half an hour after a meal.Meanwhile,it is added with the Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,20 mg qd,take it orally half an hour before breakfast.The control group is given the Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,20 mg qd,take it orally half an hour before breakfast.Two groups of peptic ulcer Hp positive patients in the meantime are given to Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules(100mg,Tid,take it orally half an hour before meals)and Amoxicillin Capsules(1000mg,Bid,take it orally half an hour after meals)and Clarithromycin Tablets(0.5g,Bid,take it orally half an hour after meals).The period of treatment is 14 days.(3)Gastroscope result and Hp result and Single symptom integral and TCM syndrome integral and safety index are mainly observed before the patients' treatment and after the treatment.All data collected are imported and analyzed by SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:(1)Overall efficacy of PU healing :After the treatment,in the treatment group,14 cases are cured completely,8 cases are significantly improved,4 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 86.67%;in the control group,7 cases are cured completely,7cases are significantly improved,4 cases are effective,the total effective rate is63.33%.Overall efficacy of PU healing of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)Comparison of two groups' TCM syndromes integral before the treatment and after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.01).Comparison of two groups' TCM syndromes integral after the treatment,TCM syndromes integral of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.01).(3)Single symptom integral comparison: Before the treatment and after the treatment,In the treatment group,the difference of primary and secondary evidence is statistically significant(p<0.01);In the control group,the differences of stomachache and eructation and acid regurgitation are statistically significant(p<0.01),while that of chest distress?dysphoria with irritability ?dry throat with bitter taste and inappetence are not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of two groups' single symptom in tegral after the treatment,the differences of stomachache,eructation,chest distress?dysphoria with irritability ? dry throat with bitter taste and inappetence are statistically significant(p<0.05),while that of acid regurgitation is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Gastroscope curative effect:After the treatment,in the treatment group,15 cases are cured completely,7 cases are significantly improved,4 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 86.67%;in the control group,9 cases are cured completely,8cases are significantly improved,5 cases are effective,the total effective rate is63.33%,the difference is not statistically significant(p>0.05).(5)In the treatment group,positive cases of Hp is 25,the number of clearing the effectivity is 21 cases,the clearance rate is 84.00%;In the control group,positive cases of Hp is 23,the number of clearing the effectivity is 18 cases,the clearance rate is78.26%,the difference is not statistically significant(p>0.05).the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).(6)No adverse reactions are observed before and after treatment.Conclusion:In the quality of ulcer healing and the long-term efficacy,Shuganxiaoyang Soup is superior to the control group,in improving individual symptoms,such asstomachache?chest distress?dysphoria with irritability ?dry throat with bitter taste and inappetence,it also is superior to the control group,the efficiency is higher than the control group,it is safety and effective,worthly promoted.
