Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Meridian Nodes With Chifeng Yingyuan Method On Spastic Paralysis During Cerebral Ischemia Recovery Period

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at the Chifeng Yingyuan method for the treatment of spastic paralysis in the recovery period of cerebral ischemia,and to provide evidence for the treatment of spastic paralysis.Methods: 60 patients with cerebral ischemic recovery were randomly divided into Chifeng Yingyuan group and Pingbu Pingxie group,30 cases in each group.Chifeng Yingyuan group was treated with Chifeng Yingyuan method on the non-dominant side,and the acupuncture on the dominant side was not performed.The non-dominant side of the Pingbu Pingxie group was treated with a flattening method,and the dominant side was only acupuncture.The acupoints of both groups were located in the collaterals and were treated continuously for 3courses.The changes of modified Ashworth scale grading(MAS),Brunnstrom six-stage staging,Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA),and activities of daily living function score(ADL)were recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.MAS evaluation: MAS grades in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the symptoms of sputum;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Chifeng Yingyuan group is superior to Pingbu Pingxie group.2.Brunnstrom stage evaluation and FMA score: Brunnstrom staging and FMA scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve motor function;The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that Chifeng Yingyuan group was superior to Pingbu Pingxie group.3.ADL score: The ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the daily living ability of the patients.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Chifeng Yingyuan group is superior to Pingbu Pingxie group.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate was 90.00% in Chifeng Yingyuan group and 76.67% in Pingbu Pingxie group.The overall efficacy of Chifeng Yingyuan group was better than that of Pingbu Pingxie group(P<0.05).Conlusion: Chifeng Yingyuan method acupuncture through the collaterals to treat cerebral ischemia in the recovery period of sputum clinical effect is better,in improving the patient's symptoms of paralysis,limb motor function and daily living ability are better than Pingbu Pingxie method.
