| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture combined with piercing cupping in the treatment of blood stasis lumbar disc herniation.Methods: Sixty patients with blood stasis in lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group used Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture combined with piercing cupping,and the control group used spiny cupping treatment,6 days as a course of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between the courses of treatment,and two consecutive courses of treatment.VAS score,JOEA score and ODI score were used to evaluate the pain status,lumbar spine function and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment,and the overall efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:(1)Intra-group comparison: VAS score and ODI score before and after treatment in the two groups,and the score of observation group and control group decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the JOA scores before and after treatment in the two groups,the scores of both observation and control groups increased(P<0.05).(2)Intergroup comparison: VAS score and ODI score between the two groups were compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group score(P<0.05);The JOA score between the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy: The overall efficacy between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture combined with prickly cupping has a definite effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis,and has more advantages than simple puncture cupping therapy in improving the pain,dysfunction and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis. |
