Research On The Correlation Between The Risk Factors Of Acute Cerebral Infarction And The Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

PurposeThis study takes patients with acute cerebral infarction as the research object,collects the data of related risk factors and TCM constitution of patients with acute cerebral infarction,understands the main TCM constitution types of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and discusses the correlation between acute cerebral infarction and common TCM constitution types through the correlation analysis of related risk factors and constitution,so as to provide theoretical basis for discussing the onset,syndrome differentiation and treatment,secondary prevention and prognosis judgment of cerebral infarction from the perspective of TCM constitution.MethodThe cases came from newly admitted patients from September 2017 to January 2019 in the Department of Encephalopathy,First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 303 valid cases were collected.For the newly admitted patients who meet the inclusion criteria,with the consent of the patients and their families,the patients are asked for detailed medical history,the TCM constitution types of the patients are diagnosed by using the "TCM constitution classification and determination table",and relevant risk factor data are collected.SPSS17.0 was used for data processing and analysis.ResultIn this study,303 patients with acute cerebral infarction have nine types of constitution from high to low:phlegm-dampness constitution,yin deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution,qi depression constitution,peace constitution,damp-heat constitution and special constitution.Among them,phlegm dampness,yin deficiency,blood stasis and qi deficiency are the most common,accounting for 91.5%of the total number.Among 303 patients with acute cerebral infarction,175 were males,accounting for 57.76%;128 women,accounting for 42.24%;The average age was 65.34 10.98 years old.Among them,male patients are mainly phlegm-damp ness,yin deficiency and blood stasis.Female patients are mainly phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency and qi deficiency.Hypertension is the most common risk factor for 303 patients with acute cerebral infarction,with 227 cases in total,accounting for 74.91%of the total.There was no significant difference between TCM constitution type and smoking and drinking in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P>0.05).There was significant difference between diet preference and physical type of patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Among them,diet preference has a significant effect on cerebral infarction patients with blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the two-category logistic regression analysis,the correlation research results between the main constitution of patients with acute cerebral infarction and their previous combined diseases show that phlegm-dampness is obviously correlated with diabetes and stroke history,while yin deficiency is obviously correlated with stroke history.According to the independent sample t test or rank sum test,the physical research results show that the physical types of acute cerebral infarction are closely related to systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,leukocyte,neutrophil percentage,hemoglobin,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,conjugated bilirubin,globulin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,fibrinogen concentration,thrombin time and international standardized ratio(p<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine constitution types of patients with acute cerebral infarction are mainly phlegm dampness,yin deficiency,blood stasis and qi deficiency.There are significant differences in TCM constitution types among patients with acute cerebral infarction of different genders and ages.There is a significant difference between the constitution of patients with cerebral infarction and those who are addicted to diet,which has a significant effect on the constitution of patients.Among them,partial diet increases blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency in patients with ischemic stroke.Hypertension and advanced age are the most common risk factors for patients with acute cerebral infarction,and with the increase of age,blood stasis gradually decreases while qi deficiency increases.Hypertension has no obvious correlation with the main constitution of ischemic stroke,while other risk factors such as diabetes history have obvious correlation with phlegm-dampness constitution,and stroke history has obvious correlation with yin deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution.The constitution type of acute cerebral infarction is closely related to systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,leukocyte,neutrophil percentage,hemoglobin,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,conjugated bilirubin,globulin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,fibrinogen concentration,thrombin time and international standardized ratio.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine constitution types of patients with acute cerebral infarction are mainly phlegm dampness,yin TCM constitution of ischemic stroke.Before the onset of ischemic stroke,it will have a positive impact on the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke by actively conditioning biased constitution,controlling risk factors,preventing the occurrence of relevant pathogenic factors,and further preventing the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction.
