Objective:The study collected300cerebral infarction cases, choose therisk factors which are admitted or feasible, with the methods ofretrospective analysis, discuss the early warning value of everyfactors, which underlie the prevent of cerebral infarction.Cases,Methods and Results:1. Collecting the clinical date and laboratoryexamination results of300cerebral infarction patients in the departmentof internal neurology of Liaoning Chinese medicine Hospital from December,2009, to December,2011.2. Record general condition, the laboratory examineresults, and the head CT,MRI, electrocardiogram, the ultrasonicinspection of abdominal,carotid.3.Study on the name, age, sexuality, thehistory of HBP,DM,hyperlipemia, heart disease, heredity, smoking, drinking, coagulant factors, high WBC as the risk factors ofcerebral infarction.4. Statistic analysis: building up the Excel database, calculate every risk factors’ proportion in total. Results:All in the300cerebral infarction patients’cases, including193males and107females, The age rangefrom45to91, and the average ageis (68.02±11.36).232patients(77.3%) are atherosclerotic thromboticcerebral infarction,15patients(占5%)are cerebral embolism,53patients(占17.7%)are lacunar infarction.5patients (1.7%)are dead.222patients(74%)with hypertension(HBP),78patients (26%)with diabetesmellitus(DM),77patients (25.7%)are diagnosed with coronary arterydisease(CAD) clearly,31patients (10.3%) with atrial fibrillation (AF)98patients(32.7%)are recurrent,19patients(6.3%)has familial historyof stroke,95patients(31.7%)with smoking history,68patients(22.7%)with drinking history,159patients(53%) with dyslipidemia,51patients(17%)with high WBC,57patients with high platelet,20patients with highFIB. Furthermorem,50patients with high FBG who had never diagnosed DM,170patients had underwent the abdominal ultrasonic inspection,of these57 (33.5%)are diagnosed fatty liver.88patients had underwent theultrasonic inspection of carotid,of these25(28.4%)are diagnosed CarotidArtery Atherosclerosis.Conclusion:1. The incidence of cerebral infarction growing up as the ageincreasing.2. HBP is the most important pathogeny in the occurrence ofcerebral infarction, and its incidence growing up as the blood pressureincreasing.3. Dyslipidemia, smoking,DM,CAD are the important riskfactors of the cerebral infarction, familial history of stroke had littleinfluence to the occurrence of cerebral infarction,so it is only a kindof factor.4.Atherosclerosis is the main reason of the cerebralinfarction.5.Cerebral embolism in the cerebral infarction paitients hadlow incidence, but high mortality.
