Object:Because of its high incidence and high beauty, acne has become a worldwide social concern.Western medicine treatment is not satisfactory, and the side effects, need more safe and effective treatment.Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction is derived from the medical medicinal Jinjian. It has been used clinically for the treatment of acne and phlegm for many years and has good clinical efficacy. Therefore, this study intends to evaluate the specific effects of Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction on patients with acne-promoting acne through clinical research.Meta-analysis was conducted to study the efficacy of Wuwei antiphlogistic decoctionin the treatment of hemorrhoids in clinical randomized controlled trials, and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction.Method:Clinical study:A randomized controlled study was conducted to observe the effect ofWuwei antiphlogistic decoction on the skin lesions of patients with moist heat-enhanced acne and the impact on TCM syndrome scores. The total course of treatment was 28 days. The treatment group was treated with Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction Formula Granules orally, and the control group was given orally with Tanshinone Capsule. The observation point was 0,14,and 28 days. The patient's skin lesion score and TCM certificate were recorded for each visit.Waiting scores, strictly record adverse events, perform shedding, rejection evaluation, and finally statistical analysis of age,sex ratio, skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and other related data.Meta analysis:To develop a corresponding literature search strategy and literature inclusion and exclusion criteria, the double-backed back to China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,PUBMED and other databases to retrieve the RCT literature on the treatment of acne with Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction,The search results were imported into NoteExpress software for literature screening, and the final selected literature was evaluated by Cochrane bias risk assessment criteria.Data such as author, study time, intervention method, and efficacy were extracted and included in Revman5.3 software for data aggregation analysis.Result:Clinical study:After 28 days of intervention, the lesions in the 59 subjects were significantly improved compared with the previous ones, which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The total score of TCM syndromes was significantly improved with treatment. There was no significant difference in the improvement of skin lesions between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05),but the difference between the TCM syndrome score and the overall efficacy was statistically significant(p<0.05).During the period,1 case was shedding,no cases were eliminated, and no adverse reactions were reported.Meta-analysis:According to the search strategy,328 related articles were retrieved,128 articles were obtained after deletion, and 51 articles were obtained after initial screening.According to the inclusion exclusion criteria, the number of articles finally included was 9.The test group was Wuwei Disinfectant Drink. There were 2 Chinese patent medicines in the control group and 7 traditional Chinese medicine treatments, such as metronidazole, isotretinoin, tetracycline and cephalexin. The inclusion of 9 articles only mentioned random words, and did not explicitly describe random methods, random hiding methods, and blinded use. There was a certain bias in the inclusion of the literature. Conclusion and significance:1.Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction Flavor can effectively improve the skin lesion status of patients with damp-heat phlegm-type acne, and the TCM syndrome score index of damp-heat accumulation syndrome, and the curative effect is better than Tanshinone capsule.2.Meta-analysis research shows that the clinical efficacy of Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction in treating acne is better than that in the western medicine control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.In summary,Wuwei antiphlogistic decoction can effectively improve the skin lesion status of patients with acne. The clinical efficacy is better than that of oral and topical western medicine. It provides clinical data support and evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of Wuwei Disinfectant Drink for the treatment of acne.
