A Meta-Analysis Of Qingrejiedu And Dampness Prescription Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Acne

Objective:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingre Lishi Jiedu Formula combined with western medicine for acne,and to discuss the therapeutic value of Qingre Lishi Jiedu Formula combined with western medicine in acne patients,and to provide clinical treatment and evidence for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method:Pub Med database,China Knowledge Resource Database(CNKI),Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database(Chongqing Weipu),Chinese Academic Journal Database(Million Data),and Chinese Medicinal Journal Database(Sino Med)Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database CJFD,retrieval of all the literature related to Qingre Jiedu Lishi prescription for acne patients since the establishment of the database,and further careful screening of all the search for qualified literature,data Extract,and make revisions to the Jadad scale.A total of 31 eligible articles were included.A total of 3085 patients with acne were treated with a meta-analysis using Revman 5.3 software.The main indicators of efficiency,skin lesions,follow-up and recurrence rate,serological indicators,safety indicators of adverse reactions.Results:After careful reading of the literature,a total of 31 randomized controlled trials were included in the study.A total of 3,085 acne patients were treated with Qingre Jiedu Lishi Prescription and conventional Western medicine.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The outcome of each outcome indicator is shown below:Qingre Jiedu Lishi Formula combined with conventional Western medicine treatment group intervened in patients with acne,according to different drugs for subgroup analysis,the control group was minocycline [RR = 1.14,95% CI(1.07,1.21),P <0.0001];control group Metronidazole(containing tinidazole)[RR = 1.22,95% CI(1.11,1.35),P <0.0001];control group was oral vitamin A [RR = 1.14,95% CI(1.08,1.21),P<0.00001];The control group was topical retinoids [RR=1.18,95%CI(1.03,1.37),P<0.00001];the control group combined antibiotics retinoids [RR=1.18,95%CI(1.14,1.24),P<0.0001];Comparative control of spironolactone and vitamin B6 [RR =1.05,95%CI(0.97,1.15),P<0.0001] in terms of efficacy,the efficacy of Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe Contrast with conventional western medicine group.According to the age of the subgroup analysis,the study patients age ≥ 25 years old,[OR = 5.21,95% CI =(3.36,7.49),P<0.000001];the patient’s age <25 years [OR = 3.93,95% CI =(2.38,4.82),P<0.00001],indicating that age has no effect on the effectiveness of Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe for acne patients.According to the subgroup analysis of gender,the study of patients with a gender ratio of ≥ 50.9%,[OR = 3.64,95% CI =(2.58,5.12),P <0.00001],and the study of men with gender ratio < 50.9%,[ OR = 4.85,95% CI =(3.26,7.22),P <0.00001].Gender had no effect on the efficacy of Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe.Before and after treatment,skin lesion integrals were [SMD =-1.64,95% CI(-2.48,-0.81),P = 0.0001].There was no difference in the improvement of acne lesions between the two groups of methods,which may be compared with the included cases.Less leads.In the incidence of adverse reactions,[OR=1.18,95%CI(1.08,1.29),(P=0.0002)],the adverse reactions of two groups of methods compared with Qingre Jiedu Lishi Formula combined with conventional western medicine treatment group for acne patients The rate is less than conventional western medicine group.In terms of recurrence rate,there were three studies in 6 literatures showing that the recurrence rate of Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe intervened group was lower than that of conventional western medicine group [72,83,96].Therefore,according to the analysis results,Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe combined with western medicine can significantly improve the efficiency of acne patients,improve skin lesion integration,reduce the recurrence rate,and have better clinical safety.Conclusion:Based on the last 31 articles included,meta-analysis confirmed that the conventional western medicine treatment combined with Qingre Jiedu Lishi Recipe for acne patients can effectively improve the skin lesions,improve the treatment effect,and reduce the recurrence rate.More secure.
