infectious diseases,while skin hemorrhagic diseases in blood trouble correspond to modern peliosis.Purple spot is an independent disease in traditional Chinese medicine,while a symptom that can occur in many diseases in western medicine.At present,the treatment of peliosis is mainly hormone.The side effects of hormone are too big to be accepted by patients.Other therapies,especially essential schools of thought.Therefore,it is the ultimate goal of clinical literature research of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine to dig into the valuable wealth of traditional Chinese medicine and make the achievements of literature research serve the clinical treatment better.2.Research methodsThis topic mainly uses the traditional philology research method to search for the academic origin,systematically collates the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,prevention of the disease,so as to make the traditional Chinese medicine theory of the disease more complete,expecting to provide more reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.Specific methods of operation:Preliminary screening of relevant ancient books by CD-ROM of the Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and then checking with the original books to find out the missing and fill in the missing ones.3.Research resultsThis paper presents the research results in three parts.The first part is the content contained in the title 1 of the text,which defines the definition and scope of the disease,and makes a textual research on the origin of each disease name of puple spot.The Huangdi Neijing was the first to describe the symptoms of the disease,but there was no name of the disease.After that,various names of purple spot appeared gradually in successive dynasties,and the scope of the disease was not unique,Including heat disease(typhoid fever,warm disease,etc.),plague,blood trouble.The second part is the content contained in the title 2 of the text,which is the focus of this paper.This part takes the dynasty as the outline and the medical books as the entries,systematically collates the understanding of purple spot by the physicians of the past dynasties.This part divides the development history of purple tinea into pre-Qin and Han dynasties,Jin and Tang dynasties,Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties and Ming and Qing dynasties by the method of dynastic history.It also collates and analyses the social background of each period,the general situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the related theories of the understanding of purple spot in the key ancient medical books of all dynasties,including the etiology,pathogenesis,location of purplespot.,differential diagnosis and treatment,etc.Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties were the embryonic period of the understanding of purple spot.At that time,only the symptoms of purple spot were described.The Huangdi Neijing first put forward the theory of hemorrhage,and described the causes of hemorrhage in general,which provided a basis for the understanding of this disease in later generations.Jin and Tang Dynasty was a stage of development.General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases put forward that the cause of macula was accumulation of heat in the stomach,which has been influencing the understanding of macula in later generations.General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases also put forward the version of bloody sweat,which is the earliest name of purple spot.During the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,the saying of macula continued to be used,and the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of macula were gradually enriched.The word " muscle bleeding"was used earlier in Chuanxin Applicable Fang and Renzhai Zhizhi Fang Lun,but it is uncertain whether it is the earliest record.The Ming and Qing Dynasties were the perfect period for the understanding of purple spot.They not only put forward the views of grape plague and blood arrow,but also the contents of Yin spot,Yang spot,black spot and purple spot were unprecedented perfection.The third part is the content of title 3 of the text,which summarizes and analyses the treatment of purple spot from qi,liver and the pathogenesis of fire and fever.
