The Ancient Literature Research And Academic Origin Of Internal Injuries And Fever

Objectives and meaning:Internal injury fever refers to the syndrome of internal injury as the etiology,visceral dysfunction,qi-blood-water dampness,or qi-blood deficiency as the basic pathogenesis,with fever as the main clinical manifestation.As a clinical common and frequent occurrence disease,the condition of internal injury fever is often false inclusion.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a good curative effect on the treatment of internal injury fever.So it is of great significance to systematically study the internal injury fever.Methods and results:From the perspective of existing medical records,although the name of internal injury fever first appeared in the Ming dynasty,TCM has a history on it more than 2000 years.In the long history,doctors have accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in clinical practice,and have created many effective treatments and prescriptions.By using the traditional literatures searching method,based on the systematic literatures collected before the Qing Dynasty,the generations of the understanding of the internal injuries fever of physicians can be divided into four historical stages according to the outline of dynasty and the corresponding literatures,expounded the academic development of the internal injury fever in different historical period,and discusses the progress of contact with TCM theory and reveals the origin development of internal injury fever.The research results of this paper are presented in two aspects.The first part,as the key part,according to the development of internal injury fever based on vicissitude of dynasties,is divided into four historical stages:pre-Qin to the Three Kingdoms Period,Jin Sui and Tang Dynasties,Song and Yuan Dynasties,Ming and Qing Dynasties,introducing the characteristic of medical development,and the related theory of internal injury fever proposed in the medical books by some important physician in different periods.These contents involve internal injuries fever disease,symptoms,diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,therapeutic principle,drug characteristics,curing regulating,etc,comprehensively and systematically summarized the theory and practical experience of internal injury fever.Huangdi’s Internal Classic has already had a preliminary understanding of internal injury fever,and put forward "inner heat results in Yin deficiency".Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases is supplemented by the syndrome of Yang deficiency fever,ulcer fever,blood stasis fever and internal organs fever.The Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica has recorded the medicine which is the main treatment for internal injury fevers.Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies is the first time to record the treatment of sputum fever.Treatise on the Pathogenesis and Manifestations of All Diseases is the first to discuss the fever and bone steaming of phlegm,and it is clear that internal injury and fevers are not caused by exogenous pathogens.Medical Secrets of an Official contains many therapeutic prescriptions for bone steaming.The Peaceful Holy Benevolent Prescriptions summed up the food therapy party which had suffered from internal injuries before Song dynasty.The Formula of Infantile Medicine is used to cure the Yin deficiency fever,and to treat the spleen deficiency fever.Liu Hejian put forward the view that "the five zhi is the most capable of the fire" and "the six gas can turn the fire".The Confucian’s Duties to Their Parents advocated the treatment of Yin deficiency fever.Li Dongyuan put forward the theory of "Yin fire",for the treatment of fever,and created a patch of yiqi,sun Microsystems prescriptions,detailed discusses the differences between the internal fever and exogenous fever.The RenZhai Zhizhi Fang Lun puts forward the view that "the heat is self-regressive".Zhu Danxi enriched the syndrome of Yin deficiency fever,and put forward the view that"much qi results in fire".The name of "internal injury fever" was first reported in the Ming Medical Miscellaneous.Standards of Pattern summarizes the experience of the treatment of internal injuries by medical practitioners in the past dynasties.The Thorough Knowledge of Medicine attaches great importance to temperature supplement,and opposes the abuse of the knowledge zhimu and huang bai.The cause of internal injury fever is summarized in the Complete Works of Jingyue.The article discusses the fever caused by deficiency of spleen Yin.In the first time,the syndromes of internal injuries were comprehensively summarized,and the internal injuries were divided into 11 types in the Collected Supplement to Pattern.The Yi Bian is mainly discussed from the aspects of qiguai and qiyu.Yi Lin Gai cuo,Xue Zheng Lun and Du Yi Sui Bi enrich the syndrome of blood stasis and fever.The second part is based on the first part,and discusses the related problems of internal injury fever diagnosis and treatment and maintenance.By collating and literatures,the treatment of spleen Yin fever,how to treat the internal injury fever from the heart,the drug treatment of the internal injury fever,and a fever of regimen are organized,in order to provide some new ideas.
