Competitive aerobics is a sport that takes skills as the core and carries out competitive competitions through the display of difficulty and beauty.With the rapid development of Competitive Aerobics in China,the competition rules are strict year by year.It is clear that the competitive aerobics athletes tend to have high-difficulty technical movements and high-standard complete sets of movements.The situation of sports injuries in training and competition is getting worse and worse.This paper comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method,the literature data method,the expert interview method and the mathematical statistics method to investigate the sports injuries of the sports aerobics athletes in 27 universities in China.The location,type,nature and course of the injury are The degree,time and stage are analyzed to explore the injury factors.From the aspect of competitive aerobics exercise technology,combined with the functional training of vulnerable parts,the method of preventing sports injuries is further explored.The innovation of the article lies in the analysis of “ technical prevention ”,which carries out in-depth and meticulous analysis from the perspective of technical action,so that athletes can pass the correct technical movements to avoid damage and eliminate hidden dangers.The conclusions of the study are as follows through statistical analysis of the survey data:1.The sports injuries of athletes of different technical levels have significant differences.The higher the sports level of college sports aerobics athletes,the less likely the sports injuries are.2.There is a significant positive correlation between the sports injury rate of competitive aerobics athletes and the average professional training period of athletes.3 The sports injury sites of college students’ competitive aerobics athletes are mainly upper limbs and lower limbs,and the ankle joints,waist,wrist joints and knee joints are the most serious.The frequency of injury distribution at the waist is significantly positively correlated with the athlete’s exercise level.The higher the level of athletic aerobics athletes,the greater the probability of waist injury.According to gender,the injury rate of males in the waist,wrist,shoulder and elbowjoints was higher than that of females;the injury rate of females in the ankles and knee joints was significantly higher than that of males.4.The main types of injuries of college calisthenics athletes are joint injury,muscle strain injury,tendon injury and ligament injury.The nature of sports injury is mainly closed injury.5.The course of sports injury of college students’ competitive aerobics athletes is mainly chronic injury.The skill level of the athlete is positively correlated with the probability of chronic injury.6.In terms of the degree of sports injury,the main injuries of the respondents were mild and moderate injuries,and mild injuries were more than moderate injuries.Sports injury mainly occurred in July-September,followed by April-June and October-December,and the least occurred in January-March.7.With the training cycle as the index,the sports injuries of college students’ competitive aerobics athletes mainly occur during the pre-match training period.Taking the course content of the competitive aerobics training course as an indicator,the sports injuries mainly occur in the technical training class.Taking the course stage of each lesson as an indicator,the athlete’s sports injuries mainly occur in the basic part.Taking different sets of action content as indicators,the possibility of athletes’ sports injuries is arranged in descending order: difficulty action > lifting action >transition connection action > coordination > operation action.Taking different difficulty groups as indicators,the possibility of athletes’ sports injuries is ranked in order of largest to smallest: Group C difficulty > Group A difficulty > Group D difficulty > Group B difficulty.8.From the aspects of power technology,body posture control technology,floor buffer technology,breathing technology,center of gravity mobile technology,screwing technology,head technology and temperament performance technology,the technical principles of competitive aerobics are analyzed and different The auxiliary practice means to strengthen the functional exercises of the vulnerable parts.
