Objective:To observe the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy in aged patients with osteoporosis thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods:Collected from January 2018 to January 2019 in sichuan province orthopaedic hospital in elderly orthopaedic 2 hospitalized cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures,choose the case inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and weed out the standard case,73,according to the doctor order for no.1-73,block randomized method,the patients were randomly divided into exercise therapy group 37 cases and routine treatment group 36 cases.Three periods of conventional treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy,exercise therapy on the basis of the control group to join exercise therapy(core muscle strength exercise: abs and lower back muscle isometric contraction training support training,arch bridge,arch bridge type five type three support training,take the initiative to the straight leg-raising training),comparing two groups of patients with absolute number of days in bed,complications,treatment for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of VAS score,before and after treatment of the protruding after spinal Cobb Angle,L1-4 vertebral bone mineral density T value,ODI score before and after the treatment,JOA low back pain score as observation indexes.Measurement data conforming to normal distribution were tested by T test(corrected T' test was used when there was no homogeneity of variance).Chi-square test was used for non-hierarchical qualitative data,and the qualitative data were tested by Ridit method.The significance test level = 0.05,and the P value was bilateral.Mann-whitney U test(not in normal distribution);The measurement data were tested by mann-whitney U method of non-parametric independent or related samples.Results:The age,gender,VAS score,JOA lumbago score,ODI score,bone mineral density and Cobb Angle score before treatment were compared between the exercise therapy group and the conventional treatment group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),with comparability.After 1 week of treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05)without statistical difference.After2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of the sports therapy group were betterthan those of the conventional treatment group,and the VAS scores were statistically different(P<0.05),and the ODI scores and JOA lower back pain scores were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in patients with bone density L1-4 T value contrast between groups,no statistical significance(P > 0.05),two groups of curative effect is no statistical difference,but the average exercise therapy group after treatment L1-4 T bone density value is 3.18 0.31 mm,the conventional treatment group after treatment,on average,L1-4 T bone density value is 2.95 1.02 mm,bone mineral density T value mean more conventional treatment group,suggests that conventional treatment group curative effect is better than that of exercise therapy,so the early functional exercise on bone density in thoracolumbar compression fractures change no correlation.There were significant differences in patients' VAS score,Cobb Angle score,ODI score and JOA low back pain score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy combined with TCM phase iii syndrome differentiation therapy has the advantages of improving waist pain,absolute bed time,daily living ability and quality of life of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures.The treatment method is simple and feasible,with good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical treatment.
