| Objective: The main research is on pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet.Pingwei Baoan pill is the development of Pingwei powder of "Taiping Huimin Heji pharmacopoeia” in Song dynasty and Baoan pill of " Yi Zong Jinjian· Pediatric Use Gist " in Qing dynasty,innovation of ancient prescription.On the basis of mastering the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,inherit the thinking,observation,statistics of TCM,analyzing the efficacy and safety of Pingwei Baoan pill in treating the pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet,hoping to inherit and develop the ancient prescription,providing certain help to pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet.Methods:The children admitted to the inpatient department and pediatric outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019.02 to 2020.01 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Decoction of Pingwei Baoan pills,the control group was treated with Baohe pills(water?bindered pill),a proprietary Chinese medicine.After 5 days of treatment,the patients were returned to the hospital.The scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,the specific time of stopping diarrhea were recorded,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:In the clinical observation of Pingwei Baoan pill in the treatment of diarrhea,a total of 61 cases were collected,that is,31 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The following are the experimental analysis results: among the 31 cases in the experimental group,18 cases recovered,4 cases were effective,9cases showed effective,and 0 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%.Among the 30 children in the control group,8 cases were cured,3 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The results of the SPSS rank sum test showed that the total effective rate of the two groups was P ? 0.01,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the treatment of children.In the treatment process,the comparison of antidiarrheal time between the two groups was P < 0.01,indicating thatthe antidiarrheal time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The experimental group and control group comparison in other aspects,such as scores in improving symptoms,the score of main symptom and secondary symptom,etc.,P < 0.05.It can be concluded that in improving pediatric diarrhea symptoms,experimental drug is better than that of control group,especially in improving the shapes of stools,appetite,mental state and vector hiccups and farting.Conclusion:In terms of overall efficacy,the experimental group was better than the control group.The experimental group was also better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs and antidiarrheal time.The above results show that Pingwei Baoan pill has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet.In addition,it has no other toxic and side effects,and the price is relatively low,so it can be popularized in the clinical treatment of pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet. |
