Since the reform and opening up,touch euthanasia research and practice abroad,the domestic research on euthanasia for decades,involving ethics,law,medicine,sociology and other fields.At the same time,with the rapid development of China's economy,politics,culture,society,people's cognition of euthanasia has been improved.The disabled and dying of severe euthanasia requests are increasing,and the absence of law needs to make social theory response to euthanasia.In recent years,the academic literature to support euthanasia increased significantly,gradually formed a theoretical system,the basic situation of the practice of "halt the troops and wait".This shows that the legislation of euthanasia in China is facing many obstacles,in theory to practice in between there is a hard road.In this way,it is necessary to sort out the obstacles on the road between the legislation of euthanasia,the corresponding ethical analysis,find out the future direction to solve the issue of euthanasia and short-term goals in practical and in conformity with the practice of ethics program meet the needs of the society.Therefore,the author attempts to analyze the feasibility of euthanasia in our country implementation from the perspective of ethics.This article first clarifies the definition of euthanasia and describes the growth of the domestic demand for euthanasia;secondly,it analyzes the practical ethical difficulties and obstacles that euthanasia faces in China;it not only includes the ethical dilemmas of life and death,family,and medical concepts that are traditionally involved.Once euthanasia legislation is still faced with many obstacles in practice,it is manifested as moral barriers,legal barriers,and technical barriers;once again,the feasibility of euthanasia in social,medical,life,and family ethics is thoroughly analyzed for euthanasia.Implementation provides sufficient ethical evidence to demonstrate that euthanasia is ethical and general trend;Finally,the corresponding ethical recommendations for the implementation of euthanasia and social ethics should be based on the current recommendations of hospice in response to the social reality of the euthanasia needs,and actively preparing for the euthanasia legislation(including social security and narrowing the gap between rich andpoor),the conditions are ripe to promote the legislative process;medical ethics level strictly Hold the conditions for a strict implementation of informed consent,and strictly control the euthanasia program;life and family ethics level continue to deepen the research on euthanasia and strengthen the death education,based on family and create conditions for the euthanasia legislation;and ultimately promote the legislation of euthanasia.
