Objective:To observe the etiology and trend of hospitalization of heart failure in recent 10 years in Linyi area, and provide the etiology tendency for the prevention and treatment of the disease in this area. Methods:A retrospective analysis of case data was used to analyze the demographic information, pathogeny variation and treatment of patients with heart failure from January 2007 to December 2016 in Linyi area. Results:During the last ten years, the total number of cardiovascular hospitalized patients in 102400 cases,of which 19292 cases of chronic heart failure patients, accounting for 18.84% of the number of hospitalized cardiovascular disease.1.Men accounted for 58% of patients with chronic heart failure, which is more than women, and the number of 60-79 years was accounting for 42%,which occupied the highest proportion in all.2.Among patients with chronic heart failure,62 percent had history of alcohol consumption, and those with chronic heart failure were more likely to have chronic heart failure than those who had no history of drinking alcohol? The smoking history was 67%,and the incidence of chronic heart failure was higher than that of non-smokers.3.Infection is the main cause of hospitalization for heart failure patients, followed by overwork or stress response(for reasons of emotional agitation, satiety, trauma, etc.)and myocardial ischemia.4.The heart function of the patients with chronic heart failure is most class III-IV for the New York heart association, which accounts for 80.8%.Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction?50% accounts for 42%,followed by the left ventricular ejection fraction o?40%(37.5%).Death of hospitalizations accounted for 4.6% of the total.5.Patients with chornic heart failure have increased in recent years. In 2016,the number of patients with heart failure increased by 1114 cases compared with 2007.The cause of chronic heart failure is coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive disease, expanded cardiomyopathy, rheumatic valvular disease et al,in which of Coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy and hypertension were on the rise, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was an upward trend in incidence of pulmonary heart disease, and the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05).However,there was a decrease in incidence of rheumatic cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease and other diseases, and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).6?The usage rate of diuretics,ACEI/ARB,?-receptor blockers, aldosterone receptor antagonist and digitalis in inpatients were successively 85.6%,82.0%,50.6%,77.2%,50.6%,which was successively 78.0%?65.7%?50.6%?67.0%?56.7% after discharged.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of heart failure is higher in men than in women,2.In the recent ten years, the etiology of chronic heart failure has changed, coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertension is on the rise, when rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease is on the decline. However, compared with the national average, the rate of DCM is higher.3?Maintain the use of diuretics,ACEI/ARB,?-receptor blockers drugs is good for heart failure prognosis, but there is still a gap in the region guidelines and the requirements of the drug treatment,so we still needs education,follow-up and community medical services for patients;4.Cardiac rehabilitation treatment can also increase the survival rate of the patients,so we suggest that patients should make cardiac rehabilitation, including hospitalization rehabilitation and community rehabilitation,we shall ensure cardiac rehabilitation training become the habit of patients with cardiac failure..
