With the vigorous advancement of the new round of reform of the medical and health system,public hospitals are faced with the challenge of how to stably develop.To this end,public hospitals have actively carried out cost management around drug procurement,process reengineering,and informatization enhancement,and have achieved remarkable results.However,the strength of cost management is not strong enough and the scope is not wide enough.As a result,many small links have been neglected.These small links have provided ample space for cost management.This paper will implement the idea of refined management throughout the entire operation process of the hospital.The concept of “standardization and thoughtfulness” comprehensively combs and improves the operation process of the hospital,continuously taps the potential of cost control,and further consolidates refined cost management methods and measures.This article reviews the relevant literature on refined management and cost management,and comprehensively grasps the relevant theoretical basis and development history involved in this article.It thoroughly analyzes the cost projects and components of ZY hospitals and collects them through on-site investigations,symposiums,and survey questionnaires.ZY Hospital has problems in cost management.The "scientific,standardized,and thoughtful" thinking has always been integrated into cost forecasting,decision making,planning,accounting,control,and assessment.Focusing on hospitals in the budget management,drug procurement,property inventory,process reengineering,information technology and other aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the ZY hospital cost management level,but also for the development of peer management to provide reference.
