Research On Cost Refinement Management In Z Hospital

Under the "New Medical Reform",public hospitals in our country need to pay for their own profits and losses.As a result,public hospitals want to take the lead in the current market environment and cannot be annihilated in the market competition.They can only accomplish this by continuously reducing costs.Therefore,this paper takes the cost refinement management of public hospitals as the research,and analyzes the cost assessment,cost control and cost budget in the cost refinement one by one to provide ideas for the cost refinement management of public hospitals in our country to the greatest extent.This paper is based on the theoretical knowledge of cost refinement management,and uses the methods of literature research,investigation and interview,comparative analysis,and multidisciplinary application.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,this paper deeply explores the current cost management situation and existing problems in Z Hospital.After analyzing the current situation and existing problems,according to the concept of cost refinement management,From the four aspects of cost accounting,cost budget,cost control and cost assessment,a detailed cost management plan is designed one by one,which is in line with the development plan of Z hospital.Finally,the plan safeguard measures are carried out for the implementation of detailed cost management in Z hospital in the future,providing some thoughts for the implementation of detailed cost management in Z hospital in the near future.
