Research On Improvement Of Medical Consumables Cost Management In CM Hospital

With the continuous advancement of the new medical reform,most medical consumables cannot be charged separately and aggravate the cost of public hospitals.The use of toll medical consumables also faces greater pressure due to the policies of cost control.This makes public hospitals face unprecedented difficulties and challenges in controlling the cost and expenses of medical consumables.Therefore,the Hospital of CM must strengthen the cost management of medical consumables in the procurement,inventory and use stages.Under the premise of ensuring the clinical demand,the total cost of medical consumables can be reduced to the greatest extent,so as to realize the economic benefits and sustainable development of the hospital.Based on the impact of a new round of medical reform on public hospitals,this paper first reviews the research status of management,cost management and cost management of medical consumables in public hospitals at home and abroad,and then extracts the theoretical research status and breakthrough point of future research on the fine management of the whole process of medical consumables cost.Secondly,on the basis of public goods theory,value chain management theory and Activity-based costing theory,this paper analyzes the influence of these theories on the requirement of fine management of medical consumables cost in the whole process.Thirdly,the paper introduces the development and operation of the Hospital of CM,and analyzes the current situation of medical consumables cost management in the Hospital of CM,and digs deeply into the existing problems and main reasons of medical consumables cost management,and the main reason for the problem is that the cost management process of medical consumables is not decomposed and refi ned.Fourthly,this paper puts forward the whole process management optimization plan of medical consumables in the Hospital of CM.More concretely,it mainly includes promoting the purchasing mode of two-ticket system for medical consumables,establishing the quota management mechanism for low-value medical consumables,strengthening supplier investigation and unified bidding and purchasing to reduce the purchasing cost;implementing precise classified management of medical consumables,establishing management model of secondary storage of medical consumables,and implementing closed-loop management of high-value medical consumables to reduce inventory cost;establishing the mechanism of dynamic monitoring and supernormal warning of low-value medical consumables,strengthening the benefit analysis of medical consumables,and exploring the path of rational use of medical consumables in various departments to reduce the running cost.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of medical consumables cost management in the Hospital of CMfrom three aspects: constructing the information platform of medical consumables cost,perfecting the performance evaluation mechanism of medical consumables cost management,and strengthening the dynamic monitoring and early warning management of medical consumables cost.Based on the concept of refined management and activity-based costing management,this paper puts forward the innovative idea of establishing the whole process management optimization framework of medical consumables including upstream purchasing stage,midstream inventory stage and downstream usage stage.On the one hand,it can improve the management level of medical consumables,reduce medical costs,promote the overall goal of hospital cost contro l and improve the overall efficiency of the hospital.On the other hand,it can also reduce the cost of medical consumables,control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses,and eliminate the phenomenon of medical rent-seeking,so as to solve the serious contradiction between doctors and patients,to a certain extent,to solve the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment.
