Research And Analysis Of The Self-service Management System Of "Bank-Medical Insurance Link"

At present,many hospitals in our country have problems such as“difficulty of registration,lengthy waiting,and complicated settlement”to varying degrees.Bring many inconveniences to patients,easily lead to conflicts between doctors and patients.With the improvement of hospital informatization,hospital information construction is no longer a separate,closed business system,but needs to interface with multiple departments such as medical insurance and banking.If we can make use of the advantages of multiple banking outlets and convenient settlement,we will build an integrated service self-service platform to provide patients with a self-service platform including registered appointments,self-service card issuance,report printing,etc.,which can solve the problem of long patient waiting time,inconvenient payment,etc.Problem.The thesis starts from the process of hospital visits,analyzes the deficiencies in the traditional medical treatment process,and proposes the“Bank Medical Insurance”model on the basis of the original“Medicare and Health Insurance”.The paper first discusses the main research content of this article and introduces the structure of the article.Then it analyzes the existing business processes of hospital visits,and optimizes the process based on the original business process,including the optimization of document issuing and card issuance business,self-service settlement management optimization,and self-service query management optimization,etc.Then analyze the function of the system,identify the main users of the self-service system,analyze the data flow and functional structure of the system,and determine the main functional structure and sub-modules of the service system.At the same time,the database of the service system is discussed,the system entity relationship is analyzed,and the system database table is designed.At the end of the article,the current research work is summarized and prospected.Based on my work experience at the Agricultural Bank of China in Yichun Branch,the thesis fully considered the hospital's original HIS information system and medical insurance system,combined with various types of bank card resources in the patient's hands to bind the visit card,and added to the original "medical insurance" basis.Research and analysis of "Bank Medical Guaranteed" self-service system.Using process-oriented programming ideas,we will discuss the related processes of hospital self-service system use and management management.We will improve hospital management efficiency and improve hospital service quality while enriching the health care settlement model and simplifying the settlement process for medical expenses.
