Object:Professor Chen Dashun in the treatment of primary headache' case were collected,and analyzed them through the use of data mining technology to reveal the hidden rules,that results help to summarize the experience in heritage of old Chinese academic thoughts and clinical,laying the foundation for clinical application,and also for the treatment of primary headache to provide new ideas.Method:The article collects 91 cases including 114 clinical time of primary headache that professor CHEN Da-shun has diagnosed and treated effectively,and establishes the target database by summarizing the main clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse and core medication basing on SPSS 22.0 software and Access database query statistics function,and then obtains some association rule charts through mining the target database basing on Apriori language,so sums up the experience of professor Chen in treatment of primary headache.Result:1.Frequency analysis: the first is the analysis of symptom frequency.Headache was the main symptoms in primary headache,accounted for 100%;the high frequency of stool,urine,sleep and appetite are selected,abandoning the lowers,and then the top ten symptoms were headache,good appetite,sleeping well,normal stool and urine,blush color menstrual,thirst,bitter taste,lumbago,feverishness in palms and soles and upset.The second is the analysis of tongue and pulse frequency.Pink tongue is the high frequency in primary headache patients,accounted for 73%,and then yellow tongue(49%),and Stringy and veinlet pulse is the crucial pulse in primary headache patients.The third is the analysis of Chinese medicine frequency.The number of every prescription counts 13.52 in average in the treatment of primary headache patients,and the drugs ranked in the top 14 as follows successively: Gegen,Tianma,Chuanxiong,Chishao,Juhua,Chaihu,Huangqin,Banxia,Baishao,Zhizi,Bazhi,Longdan,Baizhu,Danshen.Classifying the drugs according to the their efficacy,formula drugs accounted to 26% is crucial,and the follows successively areheat-clearing drugs(18%),Pinggan Xifeng drugs(16%),tonic drugs(16%),and accelerating blood circulation drugs(16%),of which formula drugs and(16%)the medicine tonic medicine(16%),blood stasis(16%).Compatibility of herb-partners is also used,such as Compatibility of Chuanxiong and Ge Gen with Tianma,Banxia with Baizhu,Banxia with Tianma,Huainiuxi with Gegen,Baishao with Gegen,Huangqin with Gegen.2.Analysis of association rules : the results of traditional Chinese medicine Chinese=> Medicine Association in every symptom lists below.The first,about the symptoms of headache,the support of Tianma =>Gegen is 75%,and the confidence is93%.The second,about the poor sleep,the support of Tianma and Chuanxiong=>Gegen is 60%,and the support of Tianma and Juhua =>Gegen is 46%,of which two confidence are 100%.The third,about the blush color menstrual,the support of Tianma =>Gegen is 88%,and the support of Chuanxiong =>Gegen is 77%,and the support of Juhua =>Tianma is 60%,which of the former' confidence is 91%,and the later is 100%.The forth,about thirst,the support of Chuanxiong=>Gegen is 71%,and the support of Chishao=>Gegen is 71%,the support of Baishao =>Gegen is 46%.The fifth,about bitter taste,Prefessor Chen usually uses the compatibility of Chuanxiong and Gegen with Tianma,or uses Banxiabaizhutianma soup,or uses the Huangqin,Huainiuxi,Baishao to clear the liver heat.The sixth,about the tongue and pulse,Prefessor Chen usually uses the compatibility of Gegen,Chuanxiong and Tianma.Conclusion:1 The disease location of primary headache is in the head,mainly related to the liver and kidney,clinical especially closely related to the liver.The disease nature is most deficiency syndrome including pathogenic factor,with Yin deficiency as the basis,blood stasis,heat,phlegm as the standard.2 Professor Chen advocate identification of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and combined with the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,and pays attention to catching disease reason and prescribing according to regulation,especially advocates regulating qi and blood to treat headache.3 Professor Chen advocates of compound compatibility prescription,and often chooses Ge Ma Er Shao Er Xi soup and Xiao Chai Hu soup.About medicine,he advocates:variety use of one drug,harmonization method for slow treatment;good use of drug compatibility;good use of Xin Wei drugs to regulate blood;moderate doses and less big prescription.
