Objective: to compare the relationship between lower limb function and hamstring muscle strength in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 54 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group(muscle group holes)27 cases and the control group(conventional acupuncture point group)27 cases, two groups of both the electric acupuncture treatment, once a day,six days for a period of treatment, observation of four procedures; Before and after the treatment, two groups of patients were observed:fugl-meyer motor function score,FIM athletic ability score, modified Ashworth scale, and the change of peak moment and peak moment ratio, and the two groups were compared.Results:(1)compared with before treatment, two groups of Fugl-Meyer in patients with lower limb motor function scores were significantly increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01),the observation group is better than that of control group(P < 0.01),(2)compared with before treatment FIM motor ability score of two groups of patients walk score were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01),the observation group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);Up and down the stairs a rating score significantly increased in group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.01),but the control group score increase is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),and the observation group is better than that of control group(P < 0.01),(3)after treatment, two groups of patients improved Ashworth scale grade, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)compared with before treatment, observation group after treatment of flexor peak torque increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),but the control group of flexor peak torque increase is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),and the observation group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05)and compared with before treatment, after treatment knee flexion and ratio in the observation group(H/Q)normal cases increased, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),control group without increasing, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.In improving the functional score of fugl-meyer movement in the lower extremity of the patient: both treatments have certain effects, but the treatment effect is superior to that of conventional treatment based on muscle group selection.2.In improving the torsional moment of the patient's flexor muscle: according to the treatment of muscle group selection, conventional acupoint therapy did not show the effect.3.In improving the walking function evaluation of the foot function evaluation of patients with FIM: both treatment methods have certain effect, but the treatment effect is better than that of conventional treatment according to the treatment effect of muscle group.4.In improving the scoring of the upper and lower steps in the evaluation of the walking function of patients with FIM lower limb:according to the effective treatment of muscle group selection, conventional acupoint treatment did not show the effect.
