The Clinical Observation Of NingLuoXiaoKe Decoction To Treat Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients Of Yin Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose:1.To observe the clinical effect and safety of NingLuoXiaoKe Decoction in treating the disease with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.To explore the intervention of NingLuoXiaoKe Decoction on SF levels.Method:Sixty patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy caused by Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were collected and divided into two groups randomly.each group belongs to thirty people.The patients in the treatment group underwent the NingLuoXiaoKe Dec oction based on the western medicine standardized treatment(diet,exercise,hypolycemic,an tihypertensive,lipid-lowering)+Epalrestat.The patients in the control group underwent the western medicine standardized treatment +Epalrestat.The treatment lasted for 3 months.The levels of FBG,2hPG,HbA1C,SF,nerve conduction velocity,scores of TCSS,as wel 1 as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of patients in the two groups were in vestigated before and after the intervention.Meanwhile,the results were statistically analyze d to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of NingLuoXiaoKe Decoction.In both group s,before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome of quantitative evaluation a nd Toronto scores,glucose metabolism before and after,observing(FBG,2hPG,HbAlC),serum ferritin,Toronto scores and the change of the index such as nerve conduction velo city,by SPSS 20.0 software to analysis the curative effect of two groups of patients bef ore and after.objectively evaluate the NingluoXiaoke Decoction clinical curative effect fo r the treatment of DPN.Results:Comprehensive effect:the treatment group were 93.3%and the control group were 66.7%,the treatment group was more effective(P<0.05);Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:Main syndromes:the treatment group showed a higher therapeutic effect on the improvement of limb pain and skin burning(P<0.01 or P<0.05),Secondary syndromes:the treatment group showed a higher therapeutic effect on the improvement of dry mouth and backache(P<0.01);Scores of TCSS:both two groups showed a reduction in the scores of TCSS.the reduction of the scores in treatment group was more significant(P<0.01);Nerve conduction velocity:the conduction velocity of the motor and sensory nerve were improved in two groups after treatment.The increase of the Moto Conduction Velocity(MCV)of the left median nerve and the Sensory Conduction Velocity(SCV)of the left tibial nerve of the treatment group were more higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Serum ferritin:Both groups had the effect of decreasing the levels of SF;and the effect of the treatment group was reduced more than the control group;Glucose and Blood lipids metabolism:the treatment group showed a greater therapeutic effect on FBG,2hPG,TC and LDL(P<0.01).Adverse reactions:No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:.NingNuoXiaoKe Decoction can reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and TCSS,increase the Moto Conduction Velocity(MCV)of the median nerve and the Sensory Conduction Velocity(SCV)in a sense,reduce the level of SF,Glucose and Blood lipids.It can also delay the progress of the diease without obvious adverse drug reaction.
