Clinical Observation Of Guipi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Ventricular Premature Contraction Syndrome Of Heart And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:The use of Guipi Decoction on the treatment of functional ventricular extrasystole deficiency of both heart and spleen patients.The data and statistical analysis of the related examination results and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after drug use were collected and analyzed,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety,to provide a reliable theoretical basis and clinical application of the Chinese medicine treatment to provide ideas and methods a new functional ventricular extrasystole,better clinical service.Methods:60 patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in the Department of cardiovascular medicine in January-2018 January 2017.The patients randomly divided into the treatment group(Guipi Decoction)and control group(Propatenone Hydrochloride Tablets)of the 30 cases,the treatment group:Guipi Decoction,one dose a day,decocted 2 times,sooner or later each day at a time.The control group:Propatenone Hydrochloride TabletsSpecifications:50mg x 100 pieces.Usage:100mg,oral,Q8H.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect score of TCM syndrome and the changes of the 24 hour dynamic systolic times before and after treatment were observed,and the related safety indexes were monitored.Results:1.The two groups could reduce the total syndrome score of Chinese medicine(P<0.05)after treatment,but the reduction of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).2.The total curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups was better than that before the treatment,but the total effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the curative effect in the treatment group improved heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,dizziness,insomnia,abdominal distension,white loose stools symptoms significantly(P<0.05),the control group can effectively improve heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue symptoms(P<0.05),but the dizziness,insomnia,white face,abdominal distension symptoms do not loose stools statistical significance(P>0.05),the treatment group than the control group can significantly relieve palpitation,insomnia symptoms(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the average ventricular premature contraction times of the two groups were less than that of the former(P<0.05),but the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guipi Decoction and Propatenone Hydrochloride Tablets could significantly decrease the function of ventricular extrasystole two cases deficiency syndrome in patients with premature ventricular contractions,Guipi Decoction curative effect is better.2.Guipi Decoction can improve the function of ventricular extrasystole two cases deficiency syndrome patients with heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,dizziness,insomnia,abdominal distension,white surface,loose stools and other clinical symptoms than Propatenone Hydrochloride Tablets,especially to improve the symptoms of insomnia,palpitation.3.Guipi Decoction in treatment of functional ventricular extrasystoles obvious adverse reactions and side effects were not found in two patients with deficiency of heart and spleen in the process,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
