The Clinical Study Of Guipi Decoction In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Heart And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Through the clinical study of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(heart and spleen deficiency syndrome),observe the feasibility and safety of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.Irritable bowel syndrome provides an effective treatment route to verify the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: Patients with Western medicine diagnosis conforming to irritable bowel syndrome(diarrhea type)and TCM syndrome differentiation were both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Guipi Decoction(Astragalus,Angelica,Codonopsis,Atractylodes Rhizome,Longan Meat,Qishen,Yuanzhi,Lotus Seed,Suanzaoren,Muxiang,Zhishi,Zhigancao).The control group was given pevimonium bromide tablets.Both groups were treated for one course(28 days).Changes in symptom scores and changes in IBS-SSS scores were observed before and after treatment.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze and compare the results.Results: A total of 72 patients were collected in this clinical trial,63 of whom completed the trial,and the data were complete,including 32 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.The results were as follows.The scores of TCM symptoms showed that the treatment group was 18.37±4.61 before treatment and 6.37±4.54 after treatment;the control group was 19.64±4.20 before treatment and 11.32±6.30 after treatment.In the IBS-SSS scale,the treatment group was 236.50±67.31 before treatment and 87.09±12.33 after treatment;the control group had a score of 241.44±66.49 before treatment and144.12±40.48 after treatment.The efficacy of TCM syndrome showed that the treatment group cured 6 cases,14 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.62%;the control group was cured in 3 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,The total effective rate was77.41%.The above data,after statistical analysis,P <0.05,the difference was statisticallysignificant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the entire observation period.Conclusion: Through the above data,it can be found that Guipi Decoction is effective for patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(Xin and Qi deficiency syndrome),which can eliminate or improve abdominal pain,loose stools,insomnia,sleeplessness,and poor body weight.Symptoms such as fatigue,palpitations,and bloating can reduce the patient's IBS-SSS score,reduce the patient's pain,improve the quality of life,and have no adverse reactions and side effects.This proves the effectiveness and safety of Guipi Decoction in treating IBS-D of deficiency of heart and spleen.Sexuality provides new ideas for the clinic.
