Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)with Body Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Point Pressing With Bean Method

Objective: primary dysmenorrhea is increasingly troubled young and middle-aged women work,study and life of a big problem,the main purpose of this topic is the observation of ear bean method and body acupuncture for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and proprietary Chinese medicine compound interest mother liquid contrast the curative effect of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,preliminary clarify of ear bean method and body acupuncture for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(qi and blood stasis type),the mechanism of for body acupuncture with ear bean method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea research and used to provide a certain basis.Methods: in this study,72 patients conforming to the diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with body acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean method,while the control group was treated with oral yimu oral liquid,a Chinese patent medicine.Both groups began treatment 7 days before menstruation and ended treatment at the beginning of menstruation.Each menstrual cycle was one course of treatment and the duration of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.The improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results: the total number of patients was 72(36 cases in the treatment group,and 6 cases fell off).In the control group,36 cases and 6 cases were exfoliated.After treatment,VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score were improved,indicating that both treatment methods were effective.After treatment,the total effective rate of body acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing method(treatment group)and yimu oral liquid of Chinese patent medicine(control group)was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of yimu oral liquid of Chinese patent medicine was 70.00%,P=0.046 < 0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion :1.Using body acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing method and oral yimu oral liquid,a Chinese patent medicine,can exert good clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and can effectively relieve the pain degree and symptoms of dysmenorrhea.2.The clinical effect of body acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean method is better than taking yimu oral liquid of Chinese patent medicine,and the treatment method of treatment group is more effective for relieving dysmenorrhea symptoms and pain degree.3.The method of body acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean has definite curative effect and no adverse reactions.It is one of the better methods to treat primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and enriches the diagnosis and treatment measures of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and auricular acupoints in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
