Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(?)after lumbar intervertebral endoscopy. The purpose of this study is to compare the residual symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after the treatment of lumbago and leg pain, and to provide one of the residual symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after lumbar disc herniation. The clinical basis is determined. Methods:In December 2016-2017 December,60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were treated with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion through intervertebral foramen endoscopy. It was divided into intervention group(lumbago and leg pain ? Square)and non intervention group(basic treatment). The observation indexes were included in two groups of patients immediately after operation,14 days after operation, and 30 days after operation to compare the difference of the residual symptoms of the two groups after the treatment.Refer to the relevant evaluation criteria for functional assessment, data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22 software. Results: There was no significant difference in the constitution ratio of the two groups in gender, age, course of disease, pain degree, lesion segment,ODI and TCM syndrome score, and had homogeneity(P>0.05).In improving VAS,TCM syndrome score and ODI score, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that two groups of drugs were significantly relieved of postoperative pain, numbness and weakness of the lower extremities. The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05),indicating that the intervention group was changed.Good pain and numbness were more obvious than those in non intervention groups. In improving clinical symptoms, comparison between the two groups showed that the intervention group improved the clinical symptoms better than the non intervention group(P<0.05).Compared to the two groups, the difference between the intervention group and the non intervention group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the two groups had differences in TCM syndrome scores compared withthose before clinical medication, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared with that of the non intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The intervention group can better improve the clinical symptoms of low back pain, lower limb pain and numbness of the lower extremities after LDH intervertebral foramen surgery. The intervention group and the non intervention group had the same effect on alleviating the asthenia symptoms after LDH.The ? prescription of lumbago and leg pain is effective to improve the syndrome of Chinese medicine.
