| BackgroundTraditional Chinese medicine for infertility awareness began more than 2,000 years ago,the ancient medical scientists differentiated infertility syndrome to form a kidney,liver depression,blood stasis,phlegm as the main cause Theoretical framework after a long period of clinical practice and experience accumulation,and developed a large number of treatment of infertility recipe.Clinical practice proved that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infertility can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with disease,it's an indispensable clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to evaluate the quality of life of infertility patients,there are 98 for infertility quality of life determination of the scale so far at home and abroad,including 14 special infertility quality of life scales.However,due to the different cultures,living habits and values,the use of foreign infertility quality of life scales in China has limitations.Therefore,this study is going to develop the traditional Chinese medicine liver depression infertility quality of life scale based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine,combined with China's culture,life and other background.ObjectiveTo develop traditional Chinese medicine liver depression infertility quality of life scale,to provide a scientific and reliable tool for TCM treatment and intervention in the treatment of liver depression patients with infertility,to provide evidence and help in Clinical decision-making.MethodsLiterature research method:Through the retrieval of Chinese knowledge network(CNKI),Wanfang(WANFANG),Vip(VIP),Springer,PubMed database of existing Chinese life quality scale and infertility dedicated quality of life scale.42 TCM quality of life scale and 14 special infertility scale was sorted out and analyzed,combined with liver depression infertility patients with clinical manifestations,to build symptoms and signs,emotional status,social function statas and satisfaction as dimensions of the traditional Chinese medicine liver depression infertility quality of life scale.Using the Delphi method to screen the items:Design of Delphi expert consultation questionnaire according to the results of literature research,choose 10 to 15 experts in the field of the basic theory of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine gynecology,the quality of life and other related fields to consult.To screen items according to the results of expert review,and evaluate the positive degree coefficient,authority degree and coordination coefficient of the experts.Using the clinical questionnaire method to screen the items further:To design clinical questionnaire according to the delphi experts advice results and choose patients with liver depression infertility as described in the research.Data were recorded using Excel 2010.To form the Chinese medicine liver depression infertility life of quality scale,the scale items were screened according to the results of clinical questionnaire using frequency distribution method,correlation coefficient method,discrete trend method,Kronbach coefficient method and factor analysis method;Scale Evaluation:The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated according to the results of the clinical questionnaire.ResultsDelphi method screened items:there are a total of 13 experts in the field of Chinese medicine gynecology,Chinese medicine basic theory and quality of life with 23.15 years average study period,and more than 90%have deputy chief physician or associate professor title.The degree of integration of the two rounds of expert consultation is 100%,the average degree of expert authority coefficient is 0.79,and the coordination degree of the first and second rounds is 0.244(p=0.000)and 0.447(p=0.000)respectively.To remove the item if it was deleted by the two methods at the same time,The first round of the Delphi method to delete seven items,add 4 items,There are the remaining 38 items at the first round of the Delphi method.The second round of the Delphi method to delete five entries,There are the remaining 33 items at the hsecond round of the Delphi methodThe clinical questionnaire screened items further:171 questionnaires were distributed,168 were valid questionnaires,the average age of patients with liver depression was 33 years old,and the items in the questionnaire were removed if screening by the two methods.4 items were removed in the clinical questionnaire,the traditional Chinese medicine liver depression infertility quality of life scale contained symptoms and signs(10 items),emotional status(11 items),social function(5 items),satisfaction(3 items)with 4 dimensions,A total of 29 entries and a VAS score scale.Evaluation results of the traditional Chinese medicine liver depression infertility quality of life scale:The results showed that the total Kronbach alpha coefficient was 0.884,the symptoms and signs dimension was 0.742,the emotional state dimension was 0.947,the social function dimension was 0.591,The satisfaction dimension is 0.695.The half confidence of the scal was 0.909,the symptom and signs dimensions were 0.773,the emotional state dimension was 0.956,the social functional dimension was 0.446,and the satisfaction dimension was 0.671.The validity of the scale:It showed that the correlation coefficients between the scale score and the symptom and signs dimensions,the emotional state dimension,the social function state dimension and the satisfaction dimension were 0.619,0.827,0.728 and 0.497 respectively.KMO value of 0.871,a total of seven common factors were extracted with the selection of the root>1 of the items for factor analysis,the cumulative contribution of variance factor of 66.482%,all items attributable factor load value>0.4,so the scale of the structural efficiency evaluation results are in good agreement with the scale structure envisioned at the time of design.The absolute value of the relationship between the quality of life scale and the standard scale was in a high degree with 0.792 in the standard scale of the fertility quality of life questionnaire(FertiQoL Internationa12008)as the standard scale.ConclusionIn this study,the quality of life scale of Chinese medicine liver depression type infertility was developed by literature research,Delphi method and clinical questionnaire.The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.The results showed that the scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a efficacy judgment tool or a quality of life evaluating tool in Chinese medicine treatment or intervention in patients with liver depression infertility.to provide the basis and help in clinical
