Cirrhosis is a liver tissue diffuse proliferation of fibrous tissue, formation of false lobules and regenerative nodules of chronic liver disease characterized by clinical common chronic problem of chronic illness and high mortality. The incidence of cirrhosis each year in our country more than one million, but due to poor treatment, patients with decompensated, five-year survival rate was lower. Quality of life refers to the health-related quality of life, referred to as the healthy quality. In different cultures and value systems of individuals for their goals, expectations, standards, a matter of concern and experience related to living conditions. With the changing times, after the introduction of the new view of health, medicine changed by the mere treatment of symptoms to treatment of a whole people, the quality of life of patients also receive more attention. Chinese medicine treatment to good effect to improve the patients with cirrhosis of the overall functional status and health-related quality of life, and scales from abroad to renovate the preparation of cirrhosis of the liver-specific quality of life scale with Chinese characteristics.can be fully and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis reflect the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment, and thus to enable the Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the quality of life advantages recognized by the medical profession, and promote the development of the pharmaceutical industry.Object: The compared with CLDQ, assessment research team develop QOL in-LC feasibility, reliability, validity, responsiveness, and so that it can be used in clinical and scientific research. Methods:In this study, in accordance with procedures developed by the scale and reference to the WHO Quality of Life Scale model of development and foreign factors as design, set up a research group, and to develop in patients with cirrhosis of the Chinese Quality of Life Scale (QOL-LC). Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April2011to2011in December, Department of Infectious Diseases, Department of Gastroenterology, outpatient and ward treatment in patients with cirrhosis as subjects. The form of a questionnaire to conduct on-site survey, some patients re-test in2-3days. All data are the Social Sciences statistical software SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis. Specific methods include:①The Chronbach’ s a coefficient visits Scale internal consistency reliability;②calculated using the parity sub-half-method split scale, measuring the split-half reliability;③using the Pearson correlation coefficient method to examine test-retest reliability;④4the method of correlation coefficient analysis of content validity;⑤Evaluation of construct validity using factor analysis:⑥correlation coefficient method to examine the criterion validity;⑦using the ANOVA test to examine the discriminant validity of scale.Results:QOL-LC split-half reliability (P<0.05, r=0.766), internal reliability (Chronbach, s, coefficient>0.70), test-retest reliability (P <0.05, each dimension r>0.9)), and has good content validity (P <0.05), criterion validity (P <0.05QOL-LC scale and CLDQ scale correlation coefficients were greater than0.9), construct validity (P <0.05, r areO.60above), and discriminant validity (P <0.05, the dimensions and total score of the control group were better than the study group).Conclusions:QOL-LC reliability and validity are good. Cirrhosis in patients with typical symptoms of concern in the process of QOL-LC not only to reflect the common aspects of the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis, but also to reflect the Chinese medicine treatment can reflect the Chinese medicine treatment characteristics in all areas of entry is also more suitable for China’s national conditions.
