Supercritical fluid extraction is a new separation technology developed in 1970s.It has been widely used in food,medicine and chemical industries.Walnut oil is the main component of walnut,which plays an important role in the prevention of diabetes,atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.It has high nutritional and medicinal value.Based on the basic parameters obtained by experiments,the supercritical fluid extraction technology of walnut oil was used.This paper carried on the preliminary design to the industrialization of supercritical extraction of walnut oil equipment.The main contents are as follows:1.Used walnut Produced in Yunnan as raw material,walnut oil yield as the evaluation index of single factor experiment,and combined with the empirical data,the process parameters of the supercritical CO2 extraction of walnut oil were selected,including extraction pressure,temperature,time,degree of grinding.The results showed that the extraction process parameters of walnut oil by supercritical fluid extraction were extraction pressure of 30 MPa,extraction temperature of 40?,extraction time of 4 hours,the first separated pressure of 10-11MPa,separated temperature of 40?,the second separated pressure of 6-7 MPa,temperature of 40?.In addition,aiming at the existing problems of the equipment,the improvement measures were put forward.It provides the basis for the process design and the selection of the main equipment.2.Combined with the application situation and development level of domestic supercritical production equipment,according to the technical parameters and design tasks,Systems of supercritical extraction equipment of walnut oil,including the process of extraction and separation,fluid transportation,automatic control,gas recovery,on-line cleaning,environmental protection and safety protection,were selected and designed.3.The preliminary calculation on structures and lectotype of the main equipments in the system,including extraction kettles and the separation kettles,heat exchangers,main pumps,buffer tanks were finished.Besides,the hanging basket structure and the gas inlet and outlet of separation kettle were improved.4.SW6-2011,a chemical engineering software,was used to design and select the relevant equipment and check the strength.And the software of AUTOCAD 2015 was used to draw the process flow charts.In this paper,the process design of the supercritical extraction equipment of 350tons of walnut is completed,which provides the reference for the next step of the construction drawing design.This design has developed a new way for the industrialized production of walnut oil,and promoted the industrialization application of supercritical fluid extraction technology.
