| Objective:Understand the difference of the change of leukocyte caused by FOLFOX regimen in different age groups and different gender population,in order to make rational use of FOLFOX regimen in different populations and provide the experimental basis for reducing the influence on leukocyte?Methods:Between 2007 and 2011,183 Qingdao area Colorectal cancer patients whose White blood cell count was normal after accepting the FOLFOX regimen were randomly selected from six sanchia hospitals?The 183 Colorectal cancer patients included 130 male cases,53 female cases,and the median age was 61 years old?These patients were divided into two groups according to sex and six groups according to age.The age groups were:under 40 years of age;40 to 50 years of age(including 40 years):50 to 60 years of age(including 50 years):60 to 70 years of age(including 60 years);70 to 80 years of age(including 70 years);above 80 years of age(including 80 years)?Analyze the varying situation of white blood cells of the patients after they get the treatment of FOLFOX regimenoUse the classification of side effects of chemotherapy(WHO):Level 0:white blood cell counts?4×109/L,Level 1:3×109/L<white blood cell counts<4×109/L,Level 2:2×<109/L?white blood cell counts<3×109/L,Level 3:1×109/L<white blood cell counts<2×109/L,Level 4:white blood cell counts?1×109/L?We analyzed all these data with statistics software SAS and the enumeration data were compared by X2 test?Results:The incidence of leucopenia caused by FOLFOX regimen is lower in the age group of 50-80 years than the other age group,but there is no difference among all age and sex groups?Conclusion:The incidence of leucopenia caused by FOLFOX regimen was lower in the age group of 50-80 years than the other age group,So we should adjust the dosage for different age groups.There was no significant difference between the sex groups,so we didn't have to adjustment of the therapeutic regimen?... |
