Objective:Colorectal cancer is a serious threat to the human health and also is one of the majormalignant cancer. Its incidence increased in our country year by year, the incidence ofthe colorectal is already 4 in the malignant tumors, especially in big cities such as Beijing,Shanghai, has ranked in front other digestive tract tumor, is Num.1. Ⅰ period of 5 yearssurvival rate is about 80-90%, but once the disease reached Ⅳ period, 5 years survivalrate will below 5%. At present, the operation is the best way to cure colorectal cancer. This paper will comprehensively analysis the factors of colorectal cancer surgery patients’ verification and evaluation of clinical, pathological factors, individual patients prognosissignificance; Through the analysis of the factors related to the prognosis of patients withcolorectal cancer, and explore the factors influencing the risk of colorectal cancerprognosis, establish a model for evaluating the individual risk assessment of prognosis ofcolorectal cancer, in order to improve the quality of the survival of patients withpostoperative colorectal cancer, prolong the survival of patients, ultimately for the choiceof clinical treatment decisions and provide help effective to the development of tertiaryprevention. Methods:In this paper, we study this case in the Dong E people’s hospital from January 2002 toDecember 2013 of the patients with colorectal cancer resection, patients mainly local inDong E county or the neighbor counties, like liaocheng city. This research use follow-upstudies(follow-up phone calls and letters), starting with operation time to patients died, lost, or the latest follow-up time for the node, the research result in tumor death. The studychoose 31 factors for, can be classified into clinical, pathological and characteristics ofindividual patients. The project survey collected 171 cases, Build Excel database, usingSAS and SPSS statistical analysis. Using Kaplan-Meier and log-rank and cox. This study collected 171 patients, among this, there are 95 male patients(55.6%), 76 Female patients cases(44.4%), the youngest age is 22 years old, oldest age is 88 years, themedian age is 65.Among the 171 patients, the meso-position survival time is 48 months,95% confidence interval is 43 months ~ 53 months; 75%’s Survival time was 73 monthsand 95% confidence interal is 62 ~ 90 months; 25% ‘s Survival time was 32 monthsand 95% confidence interval is 24 months ~ 40 months.1. The single statistically significant factors for survival analysis are:gender, tumorrecurrence after surgery, the follow treatment after patients discharged from hospital, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative nutritional status, mental status, the relationshipbetween family members, the patient’s temper character, tumor type, whether the tumor hasspread or not, the residual tumor after the surgery, patients with and without chronicdisease.2. Cox analysis statistical significant factors are: tumor recurrence after surgery, thefollow treatment after patients discharged from hospital, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative nutritional status, mental status, the relationship between family members, the patient’s temper character, tumor type, whether the tumor has spread or not,the residualtumor after the surgery. Conclusion:In this paper, through the multi-factors COX regression model analysis, recurrence, treatment, postoperative chemotherapy after discharge, nutritional status, mental statusafter discharge, the relationship with the family members, whether the tumor has spread ornot, the residual tumor after the surgery. Are the independent factors of the colorectal cancer survival time.1. The tumor recurrence: tumor recurrence after surgery reduce patients’ survivaltime.2. Treatment after discharge : traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy willincrease survival time.3. Chemotherapy After discharge : for patients with chemotherapy, follow the doctor’sorder increase survival time.4. Nutritional status after discharge: postoperative nutritional status help toincrease survival time5. Patients’ mental status and relationship with family members: good mental statusand family relationship enhance the ability against disease and patients’ confidence to dealthe disease.6. Tumor spread: it is easy to recurrence of tumor spread which reduce the patients’ survival time.7. The residual tumor after the surgery: if the residual tumor is positive, it is easy toreduce the patients’ survival time.
