Objective:To investigate the changes and curvature of cervical kyphosis in patients with sagittal and to provide orthopedic treatment as a better reference.Methods:Randomized double-blind repeat methods on 60 cases of patients(28 cases of male,32 cases of female)with cervical kyphosis after measurement in standard position,hyper flexion,and hyper extension sagittal view,measure the C2-7 vertebral body spatial alignment angle(? A),C2-7 vertebral lower terminal lamina tilt angle(?B),C2/3-C6/7 segmental intervertebral space angle(? C),and calculate the Angle of A,B and C in the value of the changes during cervical flexion and extension movement,measure the distance between the posterior edge of odontoid and C7 vertebral body(D value),measure two adjacent vertebral bodies of the trailing edge tangent Angle(? F).Work consists of three different measurement to complete including a total of 180 data.Then select 60 cases of normal cervical spine to calculate cervical curve apex and C value of cervical vertebra,chooseing the most widely used clinical Borden's measurement method,to compare their differences and relationship with cervical kyphosis patients.Results:In the standard position,the mean ?A value is positive that increases from C2 to C7 gradually.In the hyper extension position.,the mean ?A value decreases compared with the standard position,and reduced amplitude decreases from C2 to C7.The mean ZA of C2 and C3 is negative,but a mean value from C2 to C7 is increasing gradually.In the flexion position,?A increases and increased amplitude decreases from C2 to C7,but a mean value from C2 to C7 is decreasing gradually.Changes of ?B is similar with ?A,but the average value is higher than the average value of ?A.Changes of ?A(the difference of the ?A value during flexion and extension position)from C2-C7 decreases gradually and Changes of ?B(the difference of the ?B value during flexion and extension position)follows the same trend.During the flexion and extension movement,?A change of the upper vertebral body(?D)is substantially equal to ?A change of lower vertebral body and ?C change between the two vertebrae body(the difference of the?C value during flexion and extension position)(?E)(such as C2?A change(C2 ?D)=(C3?A change + C2/3?ZC change)(C2?E)).The curve apex distribution is almost between C4 and C5 in cervical kyphosis patients although cervical flexion and extension movement,which is basically the same with the normal people.A significant difference is observed between cervical kyphosis patients and the people with normal cervical curvature in value C and value D.Conclusion:Dynamic cervical curvature changes based on a central apex(C4 or C5)stems from vertebral rotation and displacement in the sagittal plane.During the flexion and extension movement,the movement of the upper vertebral body is the result of superposition of which the vertebral body,on the dynamic can be thought of,the change of cervical curvature is centered on the top job,vertebral bodies in the sagittal plane of rotation and displacement.This is consistent with previous studies of change rule on cervical flexion and extension with the normal people.This study reveals the cervical kyphosis vertebrae in dynamic changes and rules,provides reference value of the spatial position of a vertebral body,provides the concrete method and the reference standard for the correction of cervical kyphosis,but also laid a solid theoretical basis for the correction of cervical kyphosis.
