Objective:Changchun normal adolescents in the neutral cervical lateral, hyperextended and over flexion X-ray examination. Imaging measurements tocalculate the cervical lordosis, cervical segmental range of motion, stretchingthe length of the cervical spinal cord in physiological conditions and lowercervical spine (C3-C7), upper and lower joints sudden overlap the verticalheight of the normal range. Establish the normal cervical lordosis of the youngpeople of this region, under the cervical spinal cord in the cervical segment ofactivity and physiological state of the ductility data. Find out the upper andlower joints of the lower cervical spine segments sudden overlapping part ofthe vertical height (facet skipping jump twist reset height) with thecorresponding segments of the cervical spinal cord is stretched length.Measurement methods:100healthy volunteers of young people(54menand46women), develop normally, neck and shoulder pain and nerve damageperformance, there is no clear head and neck history of trauma, metabolicdiseases and connective tissue diseases. The age of the study population rangedfrom16years to17years (mean,16.5±0.57years). All volunteers check thecervical lateral, hyperextension, over-flexion imaging, And then measuredaccording to the standard mapping.①Cobb angle: Cephalad vertebral end platein the caudal vertebral endplate to do two straight lines, the angle of the line isthe segmental Cobb angle.Measurement of the cervical spine neutral lateral, hyperextended and had flexion adjacent segment Cobb angle C2-7Cobbangleand the C1-7Cobb angle.②Cervical spinal cord length: Spine in neutralposition, too encompasses the flexion X-ray films, various segments of spinalcord length and approximate length of the cervical spinal cord.③Cervical spinal cord ductility and malleability: The spinal cord ductility of spinal cordlength difference, the difference is the greater, the better ductility. The samesegmental hyperextension flexed spinal cord length difference on behalf of thespinal cord ductility. Each ductility of the spinal cord and on behalf of thescalability of the entire cervical spinal cord.④Adjacent to the lower cervicalspine facet overlap the vertical height (FVH): joints in the cervical lateral X-rayfilm as a neutral position, each segment of the upper vertebrae of the vertebralbody down bit sudden the bottom of the vertebral posterior wall of the leadperpendicular Alower vertebral articular process vertex M lead perpendicular toA point of intersection for the N, of MN distance for the segment jointssuddenly overlap height, when the reset facet jump height.Results:1、Cervical lordosis (CL) and range of motion for each segment (CFEA):①Neutral position C2-7the Cobb angle of17.95±3.78for the cervicallordosis, C1-7CFEACobb angle of104.52±14.39for the entire cervical spinerange.②Cervical segmental activity. Statistical analysis showed that F=8.059, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating thatC4-5CFEA activity, followed by the smallest C5-6CFEA, C2-3CFEA. The③Neutral lateral C2-C7all segments of the Cobb angle and the C2-7Cobb anglecompared with the statistical analysis, P>0.05, the difference was notstatistically significant, indicating that the two sets of data between the differencein sampling the error caused by the C2-7Cobb angle C2-C7segment Cobb angleequal to the neutral position of a single section of the cervical segment curvatureequal to the entire cervical lordosis.2、Cervical spinal cord length(CSCL):C1-7CSCLCL108.31±12.75mm,C1-7CSCLCF124.43±15.11mm, C1-7CSCLCE96.69±9.70mm, Statisticalanalysis showed that F=44.206, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the maximum flexion of the spinal cord length, followed by the neutral position of the spinal cord length, over-extensionposition of the spinal cord length of the shortest.3、Cervical spinal cord ductility and malleability(CSDM):scalabilitydifferent segment of spinal flexion and extension activities, statistical analysisshowed that P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that is, thelower cervical spine had held out the flexion of the spinal cord ductilitydifferent, the CSDM5-6maximum, followed by CSDM4-5,CSDM3-4minimum.4、Adjacent segments of lower cervical facet overlap the vertical height:(FVH): The statistics showed that adjacent segments of the lower cervicalspine facet overlap vertical height difference was statistically significant,F=30.515,P<0.05. The lower cervical spine adjacent segments joint suddenoverlapping vertical height of different, indicating that FVH6-7the largest, followed by FVH5-6, while the FVH2-3shortest.5、The same section of the cervical segment FVH and spinal ductility(CSDM) relationship: one of the cervical spinal cord extensibility and jointsudden overlap the vertical height of the statistical analysis, in addition to theC2-3, C6-7segment of cervical spinal cord ductility is less than facetoverlapping vertical height of the outside (P <0.05), the remaining segments ofstatistical analysis results, P>0.05, not statistically significant. That the ductilityof the same segment of the spinal cord is less than or equal to the articularprocess of jump height.6、Relationship of the same segment of cervical range of motion (CEFA)and spinal cord ductility (CSDM): Spinal cord ductility (CSDM), and cervicalrange of motion (CFEA) Pearson correlation analysis, R>0, the cervical spinalcord under physiological conditions. Scalability and cervical activity waspositively related to physiological conditions, the greater the degree of cervicalspine, the greater the spinal cord ductility. Conclusion:1、The measurement of adolescents cervical lordosis reference value of17.95±3.78degrees.2、Different degrees of cervical various segments of flexion and extensionactivities.C4-5activity, followed by C5--6. The entire cervical spine range ofmotion was104.52±14.39degrees.3、Youth cervical spinal cord of this region exists a certain degree ofductility in the physiological state of the flexed position when the spinal cord isstretched, hyperextended spinal shortening.Various segments of the spinal cordductility, and the spinal cord ductility and cervical activity was positivelycorrelated.4、The lower cervical spine facet overlapping vertical height in thedifferent segments of different height, the lower cervical spine joint suddendislocation jump height. The ductility of the same spinal cord is not larger thanthe facet overlap the vertical height.
