Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of new antidepressant drugs (SSRIs class), psychological treatment and improving brain function drugs (Oxiracetam Injection) in patients with acuting depressive disorders. Methods:Four-hundred cases with serious acuting depressive disorder were divided into the following four groups in a random, controlled and open way:(1) SSRIs group (n=100, A group):patients were treated with SSRIs group;(2) SSRIs+improving brain function drugs (n=100, B group):were treated with SSRIs and improving brain function drugs;(3) SSRIs+psychological treatment (n=100, C group):patients were treated with SSRIs and psychological treatment;(4) SSRIs+improving brain function drugs+psychological treatment (n=100, D group):patients were treated with SSRIs, improving brain function drugs and psychological treatment. After eight weeks, clinical efficacy of different treatments assessed with HAMD-17. Effective data was collected from three hundred and forty cases. Result400cases were enrolled in at baseline and we collected valid data of340cases whose average age was35.7years and the average years of education were12years. Male patients accounted for41.8%. Married accounted for66.2%. Professional proportion of professional and technical personnel, students/housewives, unemployed and people having no career accounted for24.1%,23.2%,17.6%respectively. Among the340cases17.9%had positive family history and83.5%of patients with an initial episode. With the extension of treatment time the reduced rate of the treatment groups increased and there was interaction between treat time and the treatment groups, in other words, The HAMD-17total score of the two groups changed differently over time. The reduced rate of group A is high than group B after2weeks,4weeks,6weeks and8weeks. There was no significant differences between the reduced rate of group C and group A after2weeks,4weeks while the reduced rate of group C is high than that of group A after6weeks,8weeks. There was no significant differences between the reduced rate of group D and group B after2weeks,6weeks,8weeks. Comparison which combined with the mean, the reduced rate of the treatment of acute depressive disorders which jointed antidepressants with psychotherapy and drugs improving the brain function is the highest of the four groups and its efficacy is the best. Differences of the Adverse scale score among the four groups after8weeks in of no statistically significant. Conclusion Among the treatments of acute depressive disorders, the short term clinical efficacy of the treatment which jointed antidepressants with psychotherapy and drugs improving the brain function is faster and more obvious than the treatments which used SSRIs only or used SSRIs jointed with drugs improving the brain function...
