Besides, questionnaires on existing problems of physician-nurse collaboration (doctor volume, and nurse volume) are designed and edited.Second stage:247nurses and211doctors were investigated in a Grade ?-A Hospital in Shanxi province to analyze the level of combination points and the reason of the existing problemsThird stage:Selected4clinical nursing expert who worked more than10years and with rich experience to compose a group, establishing process and responsibilities of the clinical key combining site of physician-nurse collaboration according to the results of the questionnaire.Results:1?find out39clinical physician-nurse combining site through open questionnaires.including the cooperation good18, cooperation poor21, there is a specific question of40items.2?the scoring rates in8physician-nurse combining site is30.35%-84.5%in nurse volume, and31.3%-84.3%in doctor volume; Both the nurse volume and the doctor volume show that the scoring rate of physicians operating dimensions is high, physician-nurse collaboration in the dimensions is the worst; The number of participants, whose score of the10physician-nurse collaboration worst items is?3, accounts for63.97%-100%;40%item about ward management in the top5highest scoring of two volume; more than82.94%physician (score?3) think that the junior nurses poor in cooperation? 3?Establishing13physician-nurse collaboration process during the operation of physicians, revised and refined4process of the key combining site of physician-nurse collaboration, clarified1responsibilities to Improved clinical medical cooperation.Conclusion:Clinical work requires collaborative work accounted for most, nurse close cooperation is the cornerstone of clinical work safely and effectively. There are more problems in Current physician-nurse collaboration. has a system and executive force is poor, lack of related procedure and the process unreasonable situations in the work are common, formulate the reasonable process and system to strengthen cooperation with doctors and nurse is necessary. thereby reducing the doctor-nurse cooperation in error.Especially the cooperation during the operation of physicians almost blank, nurses lack active cooperation with doctors during the operation of awareness, the situation with foreign nursing work is still a big gap. In addition, low seniority nurses lack of observation of disease and response to emergency capability, but also affect the medical cooperation important reason.
