Research On The Service Model Of Multidisciplinary Collaboration(MDT)

ObjectiveIn this study,a Chinese medicine hospital case research at the national TCM treatment model innovation pilot unit,Guangzhou city hospital,as the research object,the analysis of the current medical environment,hospital service model changes,to explore medical service model innovation to understand hospital,especially the exploration of MDT service model,its effects and problems.Through the case study of a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine to MDT service model,comprehensive national traditional Chinese medicine treatment mode innovation pilot units and Guangzhou related hospital MDT service model work to carry out the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding promotion suggestions according to the existing problems.MethodsThis study is to understand the research status at home and abroad service model through literature research,especially for the literature research of MDT service model;using comparative analysis method to study the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment mode of innovation pilot work carried out research and analysis,the first batch,the second batch of pilot units to carry out the situation and existing problems;the use of personal interviews in the form of interviews with 10 Guangzhou hospitals management,comprehensive analysis on the hospital service model innovation work especially the MDT service model to carry out the situation,difficulties and opinions to meet,through case study analysis MDT service model effectiveness and problems;using the questionnaire investigation were analyzed from the perspective of MDT;data using statistical analysis method to carry on the comprehensive analysis.ResultsThe development of MDT service model has achieved certain results,which is beneficial to the overall improvement of hospital service quality,but there are also some problems.The status of implementation of comprehensive national TCM treatment model innovation pilot units,Guangzhou municipal hospital and a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine based on MDT service mode of the problem: MDT team building is difficult;the MDT team members disagree,it is difficult to be unified;MDT awareness of the medical staff is weak;the MDT service model popularization degree is low;the MDT service model standard unified management system;MDT service mode and MDT service security is not perfect;mode of regulation is not in place;the MDT service mode without uniform standard charging standards.ConclusionAccording to the existing MDT service model including the problems of MDT service mode of Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine promotion recommendations: to strengthen the cultivation of MDT talents team,strengthen the publicity and popularization of the MDT concept;strengthen the standard management of MDT;development of medical security and other supporting policies and measures;make full use of information means;to establish an effective incentive mechanism;integration center,reasonable the deployment of medical resources;pay attention to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.
