Purpose: Through the implementation of the Nurse-Physician Collaboration before and after the nurse professional identity investigation,comparing Nurse-Physician Collaboration affect the nurse professional identity.Methods: A 3 armour hospital on January 4,2016 Nurse-Physician Collaboration of the on-thejob registered nurses of 10 clinical departments as the research object,the general situation questionnaire to nurse,the nurse professional identity scale as a research tool,the questionnaire survey.Results Epidata3.1 software is used to establish the database entry,SPSS19.0 software for data analysis,the obtained data row chi-square test and t test between groups.Results:1.The survey before and after Nurse-Physician Collaboration of nurses' professional identity scores were 101.69±14.27,114.33±18.78,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05);integrated health cognitive evaluation scores before and after the occupation were 25.36±4.74,29.56±5.99,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05);occupation social support scores were 21.6±2.83,22.87±3.84,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05);occupation social skills scores were 19.95±3.14,23.17±3.88,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);occupation frustration coping the score was 20.39±3.08,23.02 ± 3.90,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05);occupation self reflection scores were 14.35±2.64,15.71±2.92,the two groups had statistical difference Academic significance(P < 0.05).2.The factors of nurses' professional identity overall scores were age(t=4.166,P < 0.05),initial degree(t=-7.952,P < 0.05),nursing age(t=-2.495,P < 0.05),now on the level of job satisfaction(t=-1.140,P < 0.05),re choosing whether to choose nursing(t=2.900,P < 0.05)these five aspects.After the integration of medical factors were age occupation cognitive evaluation dimensions(t=3.732,P < 0.05),education(t=-7.267,P < 0.05),nursing age(t=-2.139,P < 0.05),the average monthly number of night shift(t=0.672,P < 0.05),re choosing whether to choose nursing(t=2.584,P < 0.05);factors affecting the occupation dimensions of social support were age(t=2.122,P <0.05),education(t=-6.191,P < 0.05),nursing age(t=-3.121,P < 0.05);factors affecting social skills were age occupation dimensions(t=4.245,P < 0.05),education(t=-5.486,P < 0.05);influencing factors occupation frustration coping dimensions of age(t=2.732,P < 0.05),education(t=-6.173,P < 0.05),nursing age(t=1.174,P < 0.05);factors influencing occupation self reflection dimension age(t=4.264,P < 0.05),education(t=-7.135,P < 0.05),title(t=0.150,P < 0.05).Conclusion:The professional identity in the work mode of Nurse-Physician Collaboration can improve the nurse's sense of integration,the evaluation of nursing,social support,occupation occupation cognition,occupation frustration coping reflect the four dimensions of a significant impact.Nurses may be involved in the establishment of diagnosis and treatment plan after theintegration of health care,which reflects their professional value,and the patients and doctors are more concerned about the nurses.The age,education background,nursing age,satisfaction with the current job,and whether to choose the nursing profession have an impact on the professional identity of nurses.Among them,age and educational background had influence on the scores of nurses' professional identity and scores.
