Chongqing is one of the major agricultural regions of tobacco in China,and the single variety is one of the main factors restricting the development of Chongqing tobacco.CF8704,independently bred in Chongqing,is a new line of flue-cured tobacco that can adapt to the ecological conditions of Chongqing agricultural region and showcase the local sweet and mellow style,and it is about to be approved by the state.A good seed requires a good treatment.In order to better understand the growth and development characteristics of this line and formulate a corresponding technical solution,K326 and Yunyan87 are used as the control varieties in this study to observe the development dynamics of CF8704,so as to understand the formation rules of the yield and quality.SPSS data analysis software is used to construct the growth and development function curves of CF8704,K326 and Yunyan87 by means of systematic analysis method,to further explore their growth and development at various stages.The main results are as follows: ?.The growth and development curves of plant height in relation to time from the root extending stage to the flourishing stage of CF8704,K326,Yunyan87 ar e y=exp(2.08+0.04t),y=exp(2.15+0.04t)and y=exp(2.17+0.04t),respectively,where,y represents plant height(cm)and t represents time(day).The growth and dev elopment curves of maximum blade length in relation to time are y=exp(2.17+0.035t),y=exp(2.29+0.032t)and y=exp(2.26+0.034t),respectively.The growth and de velopment curves of maximum blade width in relation to time are y=exp(1.64+0.032t),y=exp(1.72+0.027t)and y=exp(1.75+0.028t),respectively.The growth and development curves of root-area index in relation to time are y=exp(3.73+0.019t),y =exp(3.38+0.025t),y=exp(3.6+0.021t),respectively.Through the comparative analysis of the different growth characteristics of the three tobacco varieties(lines)from the root extending stage to the flourishing stage,it can be seen that,in terms of the growth rate of plant height,overall,Yunyan87>K26>CF8704.The maximum growth rate of blade length among the three varieties was approximate,partially(7-19 days after transplanting),Yunyan87 was similar to K26,and CF8704 was slightly slower.In terms of maximum leaf width,during 1-13 days after transplanting,the growth rate was similar.After 13 days,Yunyan87 was similar to K326,while CF8704 grew significantly faster than the other two varieties.In terms of root area,during 1-14 days after transplanting,the growth was Yunyan87 >K26>CF8704.14 days after transplanting,the growth of CF8704 was accelerated and grew faster than the former two,and the growth trend was greater than them.?.The growth and development curves of plant height in relation to time from the topping stage to the middle blade picking stage of CF8704,K326,Yunyan87 are y=67.13+1.06 t,y=81.47+0.91 t,y=92.00+0.80 t,respectively,where,y represents plant height(cm)and t represents time(day).The growth and development curves of maximum blade length in relation to time are y=59.15+0.29 t,y=58.51+0.63 t,y=56.31+0.44 t,respectively.The growth and development curves of maximum blade width in relation to time are y=26.31+0.41 t,y=22.26+0.23 t,y=20.02+0.19 t,respectively.The growth and development curves of stem girth in relation to time are y=5.16+0.20 t,y=4.64+0.18 t,y=5.25+0.13 t,respectively.The growth and development curves of pitch in relation to time are y=3.48+0.03 t,y=3.21+0.03 t,y=3.45+0.05 t,respectively.Through the comparative analysis of the different growth characteristics of the three tobacco varieties(lines)from the topping stage to the middle blade picking stage,it can be seen that,for the characteristics of plant height,in terms of growth rate and index value,CF8704 was the largest and Yunyan87 was the smallest.In terms of the growth rate and value of the maximum leaf length,K326 was the fastest,and CF8704 was the slowest.In terms of the growth rate and value of the maximum leaf width,CF8704 was the the highest.In terms of the growth rate and value of stem girth,CF8704 was the largest.In terms of the growth rate of pitch,Yunyan87>K326?CF8704;in terms of the pitch index,Yunyan87>CF8704>K326.?.In terms of enzyme activity,the activity value of nitrate reductase(NR)of CF8704 from the topping stage to the middle blade picking stage was significantly higher than that of NR of Yunyan87 and K326,indicating that it was still active in nitrogen metabolism in the mature stage with a high demand for nitrogen.The activity of sucrose invertase(INV)of CF8704 was slightly lower than that of flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan87.However,the overall trend of increasing activity value was maintained,and the high activity level was still maintained in the mature stage.According to the photosynthetic index results,the photosynthetic index of CF8704 in the squaring stage was higher than that of K326 and Yunyan87.Therefore,with the growth and development of the plants,the accumulated carbohydrate content of CF8704 was gradually higher than that of the control varieties.?.In terms of economic traits,the yield per mu of CF8704 was lower than that of Yunyan87,whereas it was better than Yunyan87 and K326 in terms of output value per mu,average price and medium-superior smoke rate.The coordination score of each flue-cured tobacco line was calculated through the grade and the assignment table of the chemical composition in tobacco leaf,the coordination of CF8704 is the highest among the three flue-cured tobacco lines...
